I've had the pleasure of testing the MatriX in our pool after Mr Pool Man suggested I try it, since my previous suction cleaner (the Rebel) had bit the dust. I was hesitant with it being a new arrival but after a few months I've really experienced no issues at all. The customer service team was very helpful and tentative, but I've had no need to pass on any negative feedback. It's powering around the pool as speak.They've also let me know that the spare parts that wear over time, such as the tires, are readily available for when I need them in a year or two's time.
