Love this 'glass!' This is mt first purchase of Waterford crystal and I am very impressed with the quality. I bought several sets to give as gifts and look forward to seeing the reactions of the recipients.

Waterford forgot to inscribe my items and offered 2 options. 1) Return the christmas gifts I ordered in November with only one week before christmas. 2) Send the items back to Waterford and be put at the back of the line for inscriptions and receive the christmas gifts i ordered in November sometime in January. They acknowledged they made the mistake but refused to help in any meaningful way.
