I purchased this version because I liked that it was compact and was wireless. I was in between this or their countertop version. I was super disappointed by this model, there is only two pressure settings, both which are low. I think for being compact/travel like version and the cost you pay for it, it should come with a bag to store and a place to store the tools for it. It was frustrating because you have to refill the reservoir at least 3 times per use. There is no way to clean the reservoir either, it’s a small hole to fill with water and that’s it. Holding this is also awkward because of how bulky it is. With all that said, I did return this product and purchased the countertop version (Ultra) and it’s about the same price. Can't even tell you how disappointed I am with this piece of junk. Bought this just over two months ago and the on/off slide button is already detached and won't turn the water flosser off!!! Just got it out and applied some super glue. The water reservoir is TOO SMALL. You have to turn at weird angles once the water is semi low to get it to come out. There's no cover on the charging port. My previous off-brand water flossers from Shamazon lasted me at least a year before they started crapping out. Thought I'd go with a popular name brand this time but I'm HEAVILY disappointed. What a waste. The only thing I like are the attachments. Those seem high quality and I like that you can see through them. Second, the fact you can rotate them all the way around. That's it.

This is my first waterpik. I tried using it as directed but I found using waterpik very inconvenient. No matter how many times I try or watch videos, I am not able to manage it properly. However, dentist always recommend to use waterpik for flossing. But that is something I do not want to point towards this item.Good part-Installation is easy, comes with 2 set up low and high. 3 different types of nozzles comes with it. Some cons from my side:1. there is no indicator, it should be there to show when to charge and when it's fully charged.2. Speed should be 3 variables instead of 2, low, medium and high.3. Water container does not hold for full mouth cleaning, you have to fill in more than 1 time for 1 person.

I have on the advice of my dentist tried the little brushes only for to them bend out of shape - utterly useless. A friend mentioned she has a water flosser and she was pleased with hers so I thought I would give this ago... I have never flossed so much in my life. This is brilliant, gets a lot of debris out of my teeth and my mouth feels so much cleaner. I use it on the sensitive setting and it works fine, just be sure to use warm water though especially if you have sensitive teeth. I use the standard nozzle and the tongue cleaner attachment and very pleased with the results. This is the third hand held/portable WaterPik I've owned. over the last 8 years. I use it primarily to insure all food and debris are flushed from under my permanent upper implants. I consistently use it 1-2 times every day. My only complaint with my current purchase is that it seems to be less powerful from previous models with little discernible difference between the low and high settings. The reason for replacing my previous 2 WaterPik's was because the pressure slowly decreased to the point of being ineffective, they never stopped working. With the new one being less strong than the previous ones I suspect it will have a shorter life span. Time will tell.
I bought this to replace the phillips airfloss that I had for years which is easier to use than this waterpik. The waterpic I purchased did not work. I thought I was doing something wrong. I read the instructions, which must of been written by a lawyer. No where in the manual did it say that turning the switch to on would make the water come out. The airfloss had an on switch and you pushed a button to make the water come out. Having the button makes the sonicare much easier to use. After I returned the unit and got one that worked I found that I was very likely to turn off the switch after removing the waterpik from my mouth. The water went all over the room. I think this is why many of the reviewers use it in the shower. It was so small I had to put reading glasses on to read it and did not notice that it had fallen on the floor from the box. I did not have to put my reading glasses on to read the arbitration agreement. They should hire more product designers to make the product more useable and fewer Lawyers.
This cordless flosser is exactly what I needed. I travel several times per month and needed something portable. This flosser is portable, lightweight and easy to use. The battery is long lasting and I only charge it once a week. Typically I use regular floss but it doesn't remove everything. I get a clean, fresh feeling after using this flosser. I do wish the reservoir was bigger but it's not a deal breaker. The flosser has 2 different pressure settings. I really appreciate that it is cordless. I don't have to worry about being close to an outlet. This flosser is a great option when you're running short on time.
