overall sastified with the product, but be noted on the manufacturer date its 6 years since production and it explains why more cheaper than other competitors. from the website shelf life its 5 years. Yet i used it and no more sqeuaky sound

Great lube, bad dispenser

This lube is awesome because it leaves very little residue (follow the directions and wipe the chain a minute after applying) so doesn't build up if you don't clean your bike every ride. I've only had grime buildup in the nooks and crannies of the links after rides in dusty conditions. As advertised, it's good for one ride in wet conditions up to a few rides in dry, non-dusty conditions. However, the aerosol dispenser is terrible for lubing chains because it wastes at least half of what comes out and lubes the side of your rim, tire and the ground. Why sell only wet OR dry chain lube in squeeze bottles, but not this superior lube? Motorcycle chain cleaner

Ive used this product previously so having purchased another chain driven motorcycle I was confident to use this again along with WD40 chain wax. I spray the chain cleaner onto a rag and clean as much of the old grease off as possible then use another clean rag, spray it with WD40 cleaner and remove the remaining grease, give the chain a third clean with a clean dry rag. I then spray the WD40 wax onto a clean dry rag and cover the chain in wax trying not to use too much wax, a thin smear will ensure it stays on the chain and doesnt throw off onto your nice clean bike.

Not great

Had a slight squeal caused by the fan belt. Used wd40 belt dressing spray as per directions on the can. This made the noise worse.. I would not recommend this product. Will be trying a different brand.

RUINS BELT - POSSIBLY BALANCER TOO

After buying it following instructions, sprayed only very little on belt while running then ran it for a while to “cure” it. My belt wasn’t that bad, just an occasional squeak so I re-tensioned it and used this spray with the thought to prolong the life before I need to change it. Next day I started up car and squeekimg is incredibly loud and bad, alternator isn’t making any voltage and there is constant slip, which is weird because I sprayed it only on the AC belt not the alternator belt. Whatever it did it has dissolved the surface of the belt and then left it soft and sticky that you can touch it and it comes off on your finger. I had to have several rounds of cleaning it with alcohol to get most of the sticky surface off (as it also deposited on the pulley and created a material to slip with) to get it back to not slipping. Avoid at all costs. After cleaning it off AC belt as much as possible, alternator voltage returned to normal. Also noticed that my harmonic balancer now has a slight wobble to it and will need to be replaced, it was already old, but this is unacceptable to have caused need to replace the belt not only early doing the opposite of what it’s supposed to do (extend belt life) but then to cause the need to replace harmonic balancer too, which is near $300 in my case for a third party not even OEM balancer.

Rubbish, wouldn’t recommend

This stuff is only good in the trash can! Used it on my belt with a small cold start squeal, not exactly problematic yet as much as it is just irritating, fast forward 24 hours later and I now have a squeak that is 20 times worse than before I used this. That doesn’t go away once it’s warmed up. I never have any issues with purchases from supercheap, but this stuff I wish I never found since I’m now heading off to get a whole new belt that I didn’t need just yet.

I bought this to lubricate the chain on my wife’s hybrid bike. The chain was dirty, and full of grunge. I sprayed liberally, and it cleaned the chain, like I could not believe. The chain looked brand new. I thought I had bought the chain cleaner by mistake. I hadn’t, it was the chain lube. The chain is quiet now, it doesn’t bind anymore. I would recommend this product to everyone.
