As above - potentially is the issue with the TV not supporting USB 3.0.Unknown as no response at sale or since.
Western Digital (WD) is a Second to None Quality Product and always has been. Keeps all your personal photo's and data very safe.
It is the most terrible experience ,ever! When I got it today, It shakes a lot ,and I checked the return police, it asked for 20% of the re-strore fee. I have to say, I definitely never buy stuff from this website. The worst ever
To date, the drives has been found to be sturdy and quite although a bit large in size. The size is not a problem as it is tucked away behind the screen permanently connected on continuous back up, using Windows 10. The supplied trial software has not been appraised as anything trial is not good as you may not continue after the trial period, all too complicated and I had no time to worry about it. Long term testing is needed before a definitive recommendation can be given. A good unit overall.
Good product everyone has particular brands they like I've always been happy with wd. Used it for PS4 extended storage %100 compatible took 2minutes to set up it's also quiet
This external hard drive is quiet and easily picked up by my iMac soon as its turned on. It is quiet and fast and have had no issues with it for a few months now. Happy with the purchase.
