I got this rotisserie under the offer when I bought a new barbecue. Our first use of it was to cook a large chicken ant then the week after a pork shoulder joint. Both of these turned out excellent, moist and succulent. The only problem that I have found is the mounting of the motor on my E 325s. The bracket that has to be bolted to the side looks cheap and the motor doesn’t go all the way down so I’m not sure how long it will last hence only four stars.Other than that an excellent piece of kit especially as it was free. I would probably still have bought one but I think it’s expensive.

My own fault... did not read the description correctly and missed the word 'disposable' trays. They are just aluminium foil with little holes punched in them. Can buy a pack of 20 similar at hardware store for $10 and punch my own holes. $43 for a wire rack is more than a bit stupid for a small rack. For that kind of price I expected a RIGID metal base tray so you could lift the meat off the grill as well as the rack. Waste of money.

Mine is fitted neatly in the Spirit ll, and is a real asset when BBQing joints or whole chickens. Very easy to link to the iPhone and you can choose from set menus whether you want it to measure the temperature in beef, lamb, pork, chicken etc and whether you want them well done, medium, medium rare etc. When it reaches the required temperature your phone bleeps to let you know it’s ready. In fact it bleeps before that, to tell you it’s almost ready and then again when it’s ready. And you can view the temperature throughout the process, watching rise. Or you can set a temperature, so for example 75 degrees C for chicken. I always double check with the hand held Weber thermometer to ensure the temperature is reached, especially with poultry but its always spot on. ... MoreMine is fitted neatly in the Spirit ll, and is a real asset when BBQing joints or whole chickens. It’s expensive, but not for the BBQer who only does the sausage & burger thing, its then a waste of money, being too advanced. But if your more advanced cooking poultry and whole joints then it’s a ‘must have’.

I've been using the Weber cast iron sear grate for a few months now and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The sear grate was very easy to install and fits perfectly onto my Weber Kettle grill. The cast iron material is top-notch quality and provides the perfect surface for achieving restaurant-quality sear marks on my steaks, chicken, and other grilled items. One of the things I love most about the Weber sear grate is that it heats up evenly and quickly, ensuring that my food cooks evenly every time. The raised ridges on the surface of the grate create perfect grill marks, giving my food an impressive presentation that always impresses my guests. The sear grate is also very easy to clean. It's important to me to be able to maintain the quality of my grill accessories and this one certainly delivers. I simply brush off any food debris with a grill brush and wipe it down with a damp cloth. It's that easy!Overall, I highly recommend the Weber cast iron sear grate to anyone who wants to take their grilling game to the next level. It's durable, easy to use, and delivers fantastic results every time. Whether you're a seasoned grill master or just starting out, this is a must-have accessory for your Weber grill.
We purchased a new gas bbq last month, so big box an lots of fun to look forward to.One of the best packed things I have ever seen, extremely good instructions an very easy to build., the next bit will be interesting.I have to say the instructions for the first burn and use were very helpful and after doing all we finally had our first bbq of 23, I have to say impressive heat control overall and over this summer I'm sure there will be may experiments conducted. To anyone thinking of purchasing a weber unit please do as I am only dissapointed that we didn't sooner.
Although I am a Weber devotee I’m afraid for me the rotisserie doesn’t come up to the usual Weber standard. After owning a Weber genesis silver B for seventeen years I upgraded to a EP335 because it has a side burner and I hoped to cook full meals on it without doing half in the kitchen and half on the bbq. Unfortunately when using the rotisserie the handle is above the side burner so that can’t be used and the grates have to be removed so you can’t cook anything else when using it.I would also be concerned with the electric motor being out in the cage tied of the uk weather.
The cutlery has very obvious Weber branding on every piece. That's not good. The blade has one half coarsely serrated (front half) and the other is a straight blade that needs sharpening. The serrated half is too coarse to cut meat nicely. The straight blade will be difficult to sharpen because of the proximity of the half serrated edge.
I always new that Webber made probably the best BBQ's, but never bought one mainly because of the price. However, after my existing BBQ failed, I decided to purchase a Webber. Now I know why this make is so good. The quality of all the parts are fantastic, stainless steel everything except the body. I was also drawn to buying this model because it had advertised a free rotisserie, which I thought would be nice to have but assumed it would just be OK!To my delight, when it arrived, I could not believe the quality, everything was stainless steel and so well made. The burners light first time, the side burner is excellent, with a good steady flame. I have not yet used the rotisserie but was amazed to see that it will hold a piece of meat up to 4.5kg That's a lot of ... MoreI always new that Webber made probably the best BBQ's, but never bought one mainly because of the price. However, after my existing BBQ failed, I decided to purchase a Webber. To be honest, it’s a bit disappointing. The attachment to the kettle Weber is a really poor fit and doesn’t sit on securely letting heat leak out while cooking. When the rotisserie motor is then put on it’s rather unbalanced and you have to keep shifting everything around so it doesn’t fall over. With all that said the actual motor and rotisserie spike work quit well, just the other attachments that come with it are poorly made and appear cheap.
I have never in all my life felt quite so ripped off as I was when I opened this. The tray is only shaped foil and the rack, whilst made of a reasonable gauge stainless steel, could just as effectively be substituted with a bakery cooling rack purchased from a supermarket for less than10 bucks. This is a great example of a recognised brand name exploiting the market by charging a premium price for a very ordinary product. Shame on you Weber!!!
