So gentle and effective - baby is 10 months old and only had nappy rash a couple of times but this has cleared it right up overnight. Highly recommend

Really works given time - nothing else helped super itchy dermatitis on my hands but after a couple of days there's was a noticeable improvement using this, and within a couple of weeks totally cleared up. Stick with it though, it doesn't give instant relief

We were dealing with a very significant fungal rash so it didn’t fix it but it didn’t get any worse either.
I purchased this item to use on a rash that had been persisting around my four year old daughters mouth area. I had been using apple cider vinegar which seemed to be working but after awhile, I realised that it was not really very effective at dealing with this type of rash. I applied this cream for a couple of days & it has gradually erased the rash over two weeks. It smells divine, does not sting (as the apple cider vinegar does) & my daughter actually looks forward to having it applied before bed.
