77/43 did not cover my greys

i love the medium brunette reds of this line, but the medium ash blonde red 77/43 only tinted my gray hairs orange. they still have the same spotty bits of shine that really make them stick out. i followed the directions very carefully and measured the developer, so i dont think it was human error.

Highly recommended permanent color.

This is the best haircolor Wella has put out. I am not a professional & my colorist is on Maternity leave but she gave me my formula. Iused this at home & it came out so perfect!! I also love how cleanly the product rinses out. Other, nonprofession haircolors I have used take forever to rinse, prior to shampoo. I applied this product heavily and it rinsed out in less than a minute. I will never use anything else!

I’ve been using tigi colours, but this is so much better! My hairdresser recommended it and I am super happy with it. Colour is great - I was able to get the equivalent shade I was getting in tigi so it was super easy to move over to wella. The texture and smell are lovely, and it covers grey very well.
