Amazing product. Easy to use and extremely well made. I work on wind turbines and I use several different wera tools, but this set gets the most use and never disappoints. All the pieces are quality items that make my job easier and faster. The ratchet is extremely smooth, and being able to turn it into a nut driver just pushes it over the top.

Expensive but sweet tools, I bought it to use in vehicle interiors. It is obviously not mechanics tool set, better suited to cleaner environments. Not that these wouldn't perform flawlessly doing any task, they're just too nice to get grungy. :-) Great drive, it has tight gearing, so using in tight confines works really well. Adjustable angle head is a nice addition. The grip is fantastic, comfortable, ergonomic and non-slip. Nice driver bit selections, common hex and torx sizes, three phillips, and two pozidrives (oddly it only contains a single slotted bit) good socket selection for the 1/4" drive (I added a gator grip to get a few bigger without adding much just in case) I am definitely enjoying using them!

Think about Mercedes Benz, BMW and Porsche and you get the idea of good engineering. This toolset is worth of German mechanical engineering tradition. Every single detail has been well designed and, also importantly, well executed. I am looking forward to get more tools from Wera soon. I already have a good assortment of other tools, some of them power tools, but I get myself using this one much more often than my power driver. I cannot explain it why, but it simply is more satisfying. Gives you the feeling of much more precise control of the task at hand.
I knocked off a star because the ratchet direction setter does not have a lockout setting, i.e. it does not let you use the tool as a normal driver. Also, I don't care for using plastic - ratchet direction selector and head angle release - in a tool like this. WERA is a German company but the tool is made in the Czech Republic, which is OK, but I also dislike this sort of deception by omission. E-Bay: have your vendors identify the source of their wares!
Wera makes the best ratchet set made by humans. Had to buy a new set because I lost most the parts, the 1/4 ratchet was swallowed by a machine.

I'm not sure the Home Essentials Direct page lists this: it comes with PH1, 2, 3; SL 5.5mm; Torx 10, 15, 20, 25, 27, 30; Hex 3mm, 4, 5, 6; Pozidriv 1, 2; and metric sockets 5.5mm, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13. The flat sides of the hex bits are rounded; haven't checked that they work well, but I'm sure that's for a reason. The sockets, as you might agree, come in some odd sizes... The quick-release chuck included for the driver bits is unfortunately not as well-functioning asWera 05052500003 W/Quick-Release Chuck Universal Bit Holder , despite looking the same. Also included is a long extender (150mm I believe).
