Just can't say enough how much I like this new device. No more excessive steam in kitchen from traditional kettle and more importantly, no more wait time for hot water! The selection icons are self explanatory and easy to use. Only little downside is the cup holder on the bottom is not height adjustable but this is not a big deal for me. Also notice at the max temperature, the outcome is a little lower say -2 degrees, probably because the first seconds aren't at max temp but also acceptable to me.

You Need this item if your baby is formular feed! It makes life so much easier when preparing bottles. No jug boiling, no heating in microwave etc. Set temp and amount for bottle and it ready to go. Temps vary a little, if doing multiple bottles (temp increases) but its no real issue. You wonât be disappointed if bought for bottle making - highly recommend.

New Machine - Been in use for 5 days. Aesthetically pleasing & Ease to use - However does not deliver on its primary function of providing instant hot water! When set at 100 degrees C, dispensing 200ml for a cup of tea (after warming a cup and no milk added), tea is not much hotter than drinking temperature and drinkable within 2-3 minutes. While manual highlights that dependent on conditions the temperature can vary by 10 degrees C, the dispended water is lower than 90 degrees C. If you like your tea and coffee hot, this is not the machine to purchase!

The product is not only super functional and east to use but looks great. We love the temperature setting, for some reason, our son loves warm water, so having the option to specify the water temperature blew our minds. Advertised as taking 7 seconds to reach boiling point, it's more like 3 seconds. The large 2.7l capacity also means less frequent refills. It's early days but so far we're extremely happy with the product. Kitchen Warehouse - great price for this item. It was lowest in the market at the time of purchase, by far. Free delivery, arrived in 3 business days. Couldn't be happier.
The machine is pretty on the benchtop. It is handy to use. However, the speed of water coming out is too slow. Good for two people household. If you have a few cups to make, then you won't be happy with the waiting time. Also, the temperature of the water is not 100 degree. I found the tea cooled down so fast. If you look for a cup of hot choco or a cup of hot tea, this is not for the perfect one.
Doesnât make water hot enough for decent cup of tea. Whilst it says it reaches 100c it doesnât pour âboiling waterâ the same way a kettle does. Have returned and awaiting reply from manufacturers since purchase. Terrible customer service
The packaging was good. I am happy with the build quality and how it operates. I like how you can control the temperature and volume of water dispense. You can have continuous water flow or select 100,200,300 or 400ml. The temperature can be set from 45,55,65,75,85,100 deg C. The one function I donât like is the 3sec press and hold to turn it on. I think 1 sec should be enough. Thks
The temperature is almost always wrong. We purchased this mainly for the âmilkâ option to make milk for our baby, but the incorrect temperature means we have to keep trying or use a higher temperature, for example 65 to actually get around 45! Or sometimes you select 45 and the water that comes out is around 55 degrees and itâs way too hot for the baby. Not fun when doing this at 3am! Also, another downside is that when you use 45 degrees, it doesnât actually boil the water.. and this isnât good for baby milk as the water needs to be boiled first, then cooled down. So weâre forced to have a separate kettle, boil the water first, and then fill the tank with that water. Itâs very inconvenient. The milk option on this is very misleading. Wow love it. Coffee or tea ready in just a minute. Easy to use, easy to read, easy to clean. Looks great in the kitchen. Would use this in preference to a coffee machine since there is not so much lost time when making more than one cup. I hate to see every one is finished before I sit down. Perfect for what on want at the right price.
Best value hot water option ever. Easy to use and children can't get burnt. Westinghouse quality was key factor even though was double the price of far inferior products. Remember you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this product.
