I was quite surprised by the price of the above e product so thought if the one that was installed in the new home when we bought was a 2019 model and only lasted 3 years and 2.5 months then why would I purchase another one so took it back and got a refund on it.

Nothing special. But an affordable option if you need a built in model.The buttons are not clearly labelled. If the lighting is dim or your eyesight is not great you'll probably end up up poking in the vicinity and waiting until the microwave starts or stops. A more obvious 30 second start button would help.Like a lot of microwaves mine is already starting to stall on the platter rotation. Give it a nudge, mash the buttons and away it goes. But not always.

Our WMS281SB died after many years and that model is discontinued. I read all the instructions on the Westinghouse site especially the special pdf about this very thing. I constructed a 6mm packer for underneath as it said. Turns out when replacing the WMS281SB with this one, YOU NEED NO PACKER AT ALL. I dutifully constructed and installed the packer and the microwave was too high in the cabinet. Removed the packer and it fits perfectly. See other review from Robbb which says the same thing.

We had the exact space needed in our new build for this microwave. Looks really smart. Works well. Not massive (our previous microwave was bigger). I got the extra 5 year warranty for piece of mind given it's not a cheap microwave.
We are looking for a built-in microwave and Westinghouse was the most reasonably priced we found on the market. It was delivered 2 weeks ago and we are happy with our purchase. Not only aesthetically pleasing, but it's functional and easy to install as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a built-in microwave.
Great microwave for this price. We've only really use the basics so far, but it's easy to use and clean. Does tend to show fingerprints on the outside, so just needs to be cleaned, but it matches the other Westinghouse products we purchased (over and rangehood) perfectly, so overall v happy.
We purely bought this to fill in the large microwave hole. Looks amazing with the Westinghouse Oven Combo. Really completes the kitchen. Works well too :)
I bought this as a replacement for the previous model as a built-in supplied by builder. It was less than 2 yrs old when it died but it was the only one that fitted the space. It was ridiculously expensive and the controls are difficult to see and operate. To add insult to injury the mounting brackets had changed between models which made it very difficult to fit. I will be buying a cheap and nasty at a quarter of the price next time and put up with no face plate. NOTE: no issues with Appliances Online. They are great to deal with.
My old built in westinghouse died after 9 years and website showed this one had exact same measurements, how convenient? NO... the outside measurements are the same, but its positioning of the trim is different so it doesnt fit in the hole. It overhangs the cupboard above. Why westinghouse? Otherwise the microwave works as expected.
