This fridge was perfect for the space we had and was a direct replacement for a 16 year old fridge. It has so far been fantastic and we are delighted with the layout and additional space for the same externally sized fridge. Ordering and delivery was extremely easy and prompt.

We've owned this fridge for 1.5 months now and it looks great and works even better.Pros: good looks, ample space, non-drip glass shelves, bright internal LED lights, cools down food really quickly as the inside seems to be fan forced. It's impossible to unwittingly leave ajar, as when closing the door, there seems to be a bit of a click just before it's fully closed and the door springs shut.Cons: because of the fan, it seems to be quite a bit louder than our last one (although only noticeable on a quiet night). Now my Westinghouse 501Ltr fridge is dead after buying it July 2020.Pretty poor outcome after 2.5 years hope it is still under warranty but probably not these days.Disappointed to say the least. Must have bought a lemon. Won't buy here again
I couldn't be happier with this fridge. We have 2 chest freezers which means we can have all fridge instead of losing some space for freezer section. We needed left hand opening so this fridge is great. We have stopped wasting any food as its so easy to see whats there. Love having so much room. Fridge arrived next day and delivery guys were lovely.
We were given a second hand Westinghouse fridge many years ago and wanted to buy another Westinghouse because our old one was so good. We paid nearly $2k for our new Westinghouse fridge and while it looks good and has heaps of storage, the door doesn't close properly and you virtually have to SLAM the door to make sure that it closes properly. We have NEVER had this problem with a fridge before. Vegie bin sticks all the time as well so is awkward to use. We were very disappointed with delivery staff too. They installed the fridge but it was on an 85 degree angle. We pointed this out to them and they told us that this was normal and left without rectifying! We had to chock the back of the fridge to make it level even though our floors are level.
Love love love this fridge, had our eyes on it for ages but was a bit scared to drop big money on a fridge. We decided to take the plunge and are so happy we did. This fridge is gorgeous, sleek, modern, massive! The delivery was amazing, so punctual, the drivers were very friendly and so helpful. We live in a two storey house and needed our old fridge taken down stairs as well. The delivery drivers made the whole process look so easy with how effortlessly they did everything! We bought two fridges (L+R) to live our ultimate bougie dreams! We are so impressed with everything that we are getting the freezer soon!
Absolutely love this fridge. The shelves are deep and well spaced allowing easy access to items on the shelves. The lighting is excellent, nice and bright. Love the full length fridge door handle, nice and firm when you pull to open. It has a soft close to the door upon shutting.
Went looking for a stand alone upright fridge. Was after the biggest fridge we could find without spending a fortune or going commercial. The Westinghouse WRB5004SBL was the only one that ticked all of our boxes; Stainless steel front, large capacity, door opening on both sides (so could get it on the the we wanted) and the price was unbeatable on Appliances Online.Whilst I would have liked 2 fruit/Veg draws the fridge is bigger on the inside then we thought. We have plenty of room, sleek modern design, clean and easy to use. Best value for money.Had it for a month now and are extremely happy with our purchase.
I chose a Westinghouse upright fridge to replace a Westinghouse upright fridge that had served me well for more than 25 years. I am familiar with the brand and its reliability. My new fridge is solidly built, has stacks of interior room, has a well-lit interior, and (so far) works like a charm. I am expecting it to be a part of my life for many years.
