We replaced our last Westinghouse DW with this updated model. The racks and shelves were similar, so the adjustment to a new machine wasn't needed. It performs well and does the job.The major flaw in switching to the new machine was the overly sensitive touch panel. We found we would continuously be powering the machine on, turning it off, changing settings and functions just by brushing against the control panel whilst using the kitchen bench. Do not buy this dishwasher, it is crap. The cutlery shelf does not glide out easily, you have to really yank it out and all the cutlery that you have painstakingly placed on the rack falls out of place because youve had to forcefully pulled it out. It feels like one or more of the rollers are not round as its not a smooth run. Also I have found a plastic part which has fallen off from one of the trays but cannot work out where it goes. What a piece of CRAP

This dishwasher's design is strange. If I have a normal size dinner plate in the bottom I cannot have the middle basket at a lower setting - but you need the middle basket at a lower setting because normal tall drinking glasses won't fit?? I've had to buy small tumblers to fit!? I do like the lower plate setting design and it is very quiet which is good. The program buttons are very sensitive if you accidentally touch them when opening the door and you need to scroll through them all to get to the fast setting which is what I use most. I wouldn't buy this machine again purely for the design factors.

Do not buy this dishwasher, it is crap. I had an LG for 11 years and it died. I wanted an upgrade, such as a cutlery tray, energy and water efficient and quiet. After much research I bought this dishwasher. I have had it for about a month now and absolutely love it. The first time I used it I thought it wasn't working because it is so quiet. It cleans wonderfully on all cycles. I love the 3 trays with ample space for more dishes, which means less washing, lots of wash cycles to choose from, however the normal cycle cleans so well, there is no need for me to use the other cycles and I absolutely love the cutlery tray. It looks great, I love it, great brand, great dishwasher. So far have not been disappointed.

Good overall Looks very smart and up to date 5/5.Function4/5great shelving and cutlery draw. Draw height change mechanism impressive.Hmm. Drawers are wet and drip at the end of cycle so u need to dry the drawers. Washing is very good. Drying hmm good on some settings not so good on others and not available on the short wash so you need to buy a tea towel. My previous Omega not so pretty but left dishes dry even on a 30 minute wash. No matter what u need a Tea towel for most to dry the channels and diverts on the bottom of cups and plates etc. in any case.

I received the dishwasher, had it professionally installed and even when using the "dry +" feature, the unit is completely wet inside and requires you to hand dry all of the dishes with a towel before putting them away. Not efficient! I've booked a service call and will update this review if it turns out to be malfunctioning. Another feature I would have expected is for the dishwasher to 'remember' the last setting used. I have to re-program it each and every time I use it. Also when I called to book the service call it wasn't clear if it was Appliances Online or the manufacturer and there was a lot of back and forth and unnecessary hassle to book in a service request. If I were to do this all over again I would NOT purchase this dishwasher.
I bought this dishwasher in 2020 & within 6 months paint began peeling off the control panel. It has not had cleaning products on it just droplets of water from washed dishes. Very disappointed. What was a lovely feature to our new kitchen now looks old & worn like it needs replacing. Previous dishwashers owned for many years have not done this. Very disappointed that Westinghouse could put a product out of such low quality. Dishwasher itself works fine.
I have suffered through 8months with this dishwasher and it was the worst decision we ever made. The top rack needs to be lifted to fit normal size dinner plates which means normal size glasses don’t fit and vice versa. The power of the water jets is so strong that Tupperware items end up upside down and full of dirty water. And if it’s fully stacked at least 50% isn’t properly washed so I have to run it a second time. Not to mention that it doesn’t dry properly, even with copious amounts of rinse aid! Stay away from this product.
