Unfortunately I organised it as a delivered product from the on line store and the strapping around the packaging had bent the canopy inside the box. I have rung the help line, lodged a support ticket and tried to ring the distribution centre in Perth before being disconnected after being on hold for an hour. I am about to cancel my credit park payment as still havent heard from anyone after a week, no email, no return call, no contact. The local store said they could help as this was an on line purchase. Worst experience ever and still no product and one electrician call out fee already for installation which couldnt happen due to a damaged product. Boughtt and installed this rangehood on a wall where there wasnt one previously easy to install I took the extra time and installed full stainless ductwork (eBay for the 90 degree bend and a wood stove place for straight pipe Bunnings for the rest so it cost about $100 to duct it) so there is no disruption to flow, extremely pleased with the results

Good guys organized installation which went smoothly and on time. Rangehood looks great and is quiet on the lower settings compared to our previous rangehoods. Very happy so far.

I was a little nervous buying this one, but I was very impressed. The fan wasn’t as loud as I had anticipated. Buttons were easy to press and exhaust was great. It took me awhile but I think I found the perfect range hood for my kitchen
We purchased our rangehood in 2020. We've been very happy with it as it is very powerful.The switch did become faulty but Westinghouse replaced the switch under warranty within a few days. Their service is brilliant and well organised! Wouldn't hesitate buying Westinghouse in future.
A lot of little dents to canopy and flue covers. Rangehood seems to work well. Perhaps another review in a few years.
Excellent product works well, is a bit noisy but it is doing the job very well. I like the look very much, it has a gentle canopy appearance as apposed to the higher canopy. I am not keen on the flat look style either. All in all a good product at a reasonable price whcih I am very happy with.
Had this canopy for 2 months and seeing it work well. The quality of the steel looks good. Suction is great. Its not the quietest of the range hood out there nor a slim type but it does its job well. Aesthetic is also pleasing and can match well with kitchen counters. Digital button is a plus for convenience and design. The downlight leds are bright. Easy to clean.

Cheap & noisy, value for money.I had Delonghi canopy rangehoods before, equally noisy but the motor always failed (twice).I investigated other models (motor in the attic space, on the roof), but Westinghouse is the better value & easy installation. I installed it myself, perfect job.The suction is mainly at the centre where the motor is situated because of the shallow canopy. If the canopy had been taller, the suction would have been more even, but compromised on the suction force.I have not used other budget models before, so won't know if the budget models would have been equally good & the same in terms of noise and suction.
