We got this as part of our kitchen install and were told as long as it was ducted (which we got done) it would have no problems extracting our four burner cooktop. Well this thing can't even manage a SINGLE pot of boiling water! Moisture starts building up on everything and eventually you get drips coming out of the unit itself! We put in a warranty claim because we assumed there was no way a product could be this BAD but they said "nope, working as designed" and even put in a comment on the invoice "Owner was not aware of how the rangehood operated as moisture collecting on front ofcupboards. Checked the unit operating as designed." I've attached some pictures and a video of just how bad it is with a small pot of noodles which only just got to the boil.

Our new rangehood replaced and older outdated unit. The installation by the Good Guys professional installers was easy to arrange, prompt and efficient. The rangehood itself is quite effective and has nice warm white overhead lights. It fit precisely into the existing slot when the old rangehood was removed. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Compact and good aesthetics. Could be a bit quieter and does leafy a lot of moisture still.
