But I am NOT satisfied as the problematic REAR LEFT foot has been adjusted out to maximum of 6mm - any further outward adjustment will see the foot breaking off the spindle - just like the first machine. The next issue was the white plastic caps that are used to fill the holes from the transit bolts. Impossible to fit as either inner or outer caps are oversized. Even after machining the retaining lips of the inner caps with a Dremel tool, I still had to push them in with a block of wood nothing like what is shown in the manual. The supplied owners manual is riddled with paradoxes and misleading. Installation cannot transpire based on the instructions as set out - period. Clearly there is a production-line issue. Failing that, Electrolux are aware of the issues and are fobbing us off. All I can say is DO NOT BUY. However, overall, the service from Good Guys was great so a 5-star rating for them.

Average washing machine

I purchased this washing machine to upgrade from a haier. Very disappointed. All the quick features like 15min, 39min & 60min are very limited for customisation. They're are mostly fixed washing cycles with the min temp 30 degrees no option to use cold. All of the good features like steam, extra dirty adjustments and hygiene are all attached to cycles that take over 2hrs. As a busy mum I do not have the time to have one washing load take over 2hrs. The delicates cycle takes 106mins and it's certainly nowhere near as gentle as the hand wash feature on the haier. Also you to wipe the door seal after each use to avoid mold growth on the rubber seal. Best Washer We Have Ever Had !

This machine is excellent. It is very , very quiet ! It has loadfs of different wash cycles and it does not dance around the laundry when the spin cycle kicks in ( as our pervious one did). The spin is very fast, so the clothes come out that bit drier than with our previous machine, so they need less time on the drying racks. Very happy. No nasty smells, just clean clothes.Also, the delivery and installation option was first class. The crew that installed the machine were excellent. I give this review a hundred starts if I could.

Really Good!

This product is really good! It cleans well the soiled clothes . I love it but because we bought it by click & collect from the Good Guys, we already unwrapped & installed the product then in the end we found out that there is a dent on the side. We didnt bother to ask for a replacement because its just a hassle and it didnt affect the inside of the machine. Just be careful accepting a product.

So far so good

So far this washing machine has proven to be very good value. The various wash programs all produce good results and the machine has operated flawlessly. I usually buy Bosch or Miele appliances but due to availability decided on the Westinghouse this time. Time will tell if it can match the very good long term reliability of the German products, but the first few months have been an excellent start.

Very happy with it's work

The people who tried to get it working had as much idea as my left foot. They bored a hole for entry to the drain. They didn't connect it to the drilled out drain, they connected it to an undrilled out pipe and didn't even connect it with a jubilee clip I had about three different people look at it before I got an answer to the problem. Time you got some trained people to install the machines

Washes well, if a little noisy

Had a week and washes well, but it's making some concerning noises. High pitch whine on spinning, some hum/buzz sounds sometimes during first half of wash cycle, and loud annoying gurgling sounds when emptying water. Maybe should have gotten the Bosch around the same price.

Washing machine is leaking

Im not happy with leakage of washing machines hose. I have purchased this machine with premium service. Probably it was damaged during delivery. I have to use laundry service when the washing mashing is going to be fixed. I dont know why it takes so long time (3 weeks) to fix this problem.

Westinghouse

This Washing Machine does what it says however probably my fault for buying online and not going in store to research, but I was desperate for a new one as my old one had died, and Westinghouse has a great name. My only complaint is that it's very low to the ground and really requires one of those special stands which is not mentioned anywhere when purchasing online. These stands are quite expensive and if I'd known I would have bought something cheaper to include the stand or look for one higher off the floor.

Very quiet, easy to use, efficient and great value for money. The size of the door is fantastic making loading very easy. Ordering was simple, the whole process taking less than 5 minutes and I had a response from AO. Delivery was quick and they took away the old machine and all the packing simples!!
