I’m new to the world of protein shakes. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth giving it a go. The first one had bones in it, but after that it got easier to drink and I don’t mind the taste now. I’m a busy parent so grabbing a shake in the morning makes life much less hectic. I wish I had time to experiment with different smoothies/baking but I’m time poor and this is the perfect solution. No issues with digestion and you’re guaranteed a professional product.

Been getting it for years. All the flavours taste good, it mixes well with water and milk. Nice consistency, not all thick and gluggy, just like a flavored milk. Would recommend!

This is hands down the best protein I've ever tried. It truly tastes really good when just mixed with water for a low calorie protein shake on the go. It's even better when blended with ice and low fat milk in a fruit smoothie. Have not had a bad flavour have tried them all!

This review is mostly for choc mint. We like true protein rich chocolate but not the choc mint one. I feel the choc mint one is way too minty, but my husband thinks its just not the nicest choc mint out there. In my opinion, the mint could easily be reduced by half.Mixability is great as usual with True whey protein. Chocolate flavour is a little weak, in both rich chocolate and mint chocolate- I add extra cocoa each time I make a shake, but my husband doesn't.Now I just order the rich chocolate, it mixes well, thickens in a shake which I like and is a nice flavour (I just have to add some cocoa for my liking).

Training 5-6 days a week (mornings) i tended to get flat around 3:30pm but after adding True Protein to my diet I no longer feel flat and take on each workout full of energy and spark.
Use this in my protein smoothie most days, have for it for my breakfast on the go after a workout. Mix with banana, blueberries, baby spinach, almond milk, tahini, almond meal and weetbix. Yum! I am a choc fan, don’t touch any other flavours. Tastes good!

True protein really is the best. The flavours are great and taste delicious. The powder mixes well and I use it for everything - on my porridge, in my pancakes and baked goodies, and it tastes great as a hot chocolate.
