It also has sturdy hinges, with a steal lid that is solid to the ceramic pot, unlike other brands I have previous bought that have detached or broken after a few uses.Fabulous product.

The Maxwell basics teapots are wonderful, I have owned the 600ml for a while now, the strainer on both are great. Would highly recommend.
Great size for 4 cups. Generous sized tea infuser. Good shaped spout that doesn’t drip. Arrived well packed.
I love this teapot. Very delivate and simple but still keeps the tea warm. Well worth the money. It comes in a box - wouldnt describe it as a gift box though.
This is a better than expected tea pot. I don't have to use as much tea to make the perfect pot of tea and the 1.2L it makes is sensational.The infuser does a wonderful job. Strongly recommended
For breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime tea is my beverage of choice. Teabags cannot compare to real tea leaves brewed in a pot. This teapot is ample for four large mugs. The removable strainer takes away the fear of stewed overdone tea. Oh the bliss of a perfect cuppa everytime. This teapot is highly recommended.
A great tea pot - the larger size is terrific to be able to keep hydrated as the weather warms; the infuser makes it easy to add fresh herbs to create unique tastes and makes it easy to keep the teapot clean. It was available at an excellent price.
this pot is perfect for those who enjoy tea leaves, it is large enough, sturdy and highly recommended to others.the strainer is so essy to clean and connected lid to pot allows you to not lose the lid either.
