The design, engineering and build quality are absolutely excellent. It is not a 5 minute job to assemble and install however the step by step instructions are very good and clear and quite simple. It was a pleasure working with a product that fits together so accurately and the quality is very evident. I am confident that this Bimini will last for many years. The fit is so precise that it looks like a custom made item. It stores away very neatly in a zipper compartment. Because of the modest price I was worried about the quality but the product exceeds even my wildest expectations! I give credit where credit is due. My only regret is that the dark green was out of stock!

Great design and very strong and sturdy frame with exceptional fabric over the top. The incorperated "sock" or bag is also a very handy design. The quality of the pipework is superb. The frame holds up well to rough weather and the rocket launcher holds the rods very well.... Id like to have had alloy rod holders but still a great product. Dont waist your money on the cheaper made biminis this is by far well more worth the money

This is a lightweight bimini with an aluminum frame. I purchased the rocket launcher to add to the bimini tha Ocean South offered. The 2 piece system looks nice installed but will really see how it performs when I'm on the water next season. Both pieces require some handy man skills as they aren't just push together pieces out of the box. Material fabric seems to be a thicker material & expectations are that it will perform for years to come.

Pretty good Quality , glad i went with Ocean south and not the cheaper brands. fairly straight forward install , Only complaint is when the bimini is setup it is noisy as hell , it creeks and cracks. id recommend putting some marine grease on when joining the poles together. It stays up and stays secure while moving so overall pretty happy
Just received and installed my bimibi top- wow. Shipping estimated longer than it actually took- very happy about that. Came nicely packaged - no scratches, snags, or any damage whatsoever- each bow pole was in its own plastic cover. The instructions are almost unnecessary as the components are made well and match up effortlessly- but the instructions are very clear and nicely written. The premium canvas is much nicer than the standard type material- the small upgrade fee is almost silly not to choose. There are no mounting screws provided- which makes sense as this can be installed on a wide variety of boats. You will need at least 12 screws. The actual top has the cover sewn into it with a very heavy duty zipper- no more loosing your bimibi cover! The mounting ... MoreJust received and installed my bimibi top- wow. The mounting bracketry that the poles connect to are actually a tough nylon type material- really thought they would be aluminum - but they are plenty strong. The front straps to cinch down the top are even of a more quality than come with most! If you are looking for an affordable replacement top- I highly recommend this one. You can get lesser priced units, but wont have the small touches that put this kit over the top!
I was very surprised after putting it together then installing on my boat how awesome this top is. You can normally spend 600-800 dollars on a top. Also having the rear poles is great it allows the top to stay tilted back when its in its closed position. The top has a built in boot that zippers closed and gives it an awesome look. I would certainly recommend this.
I like the new bimini that I purchased the only thing I don’t like is it seems like the poles are a bit flimsy and moves a lot in the wind. But other than that it’s a great product.Thanks
For the price, really nice product. easy to install and use. I put it on my 2021 Tracker Super Guide V16. I did not use the mounts that came with the top but used the Versa Track mounts on the boat so I did not drill any holes in the boat to mount. The only thing I changed is I removed the screws on the back bar and installed a pin to make it is easier to take up and down. Over all very happy with this product and the price was on point.
Overall it's good quality, but I was sent instructions for a 3 bow, so I found the website and downloaded the instructions for the 4 now, but they were a bit hard to understand. It would be nice to have labels like A-A, B-B, etc, to match the rights parts together and to have pre drilled holes for the poles. After I was able to put it all together is nice canvas and has the boot attached to the canvas so it's easy to cover your bimini when storing it. I would recommend, but in hopes that they make the changes I suggested.
The product is easy to assemble, and the quality is great for indoor/outdoor use. We started using it with my kids indoors during the covid lockdown, and will be sure to move the game outdoors as the weather gets warmer. highly recommend this product!
