You can only select a ludicrously short delivery frequency (unless you have chronic dysentery, of course) and have to email them to change it in some cases. Clearly it’s the “gym membership” mentality they are aiming for - just leave it running and make it just annoying enough to change that you do nothing - they get money for a service you don’t need that much but don’t really think about. It’s unethical and anti-environmental but that’s the state of the industry. They refuse to give customers autonomy at the start of a contract. It is not a pleasant first impression. I recently bought the 100% recycled TP, Bamboo tissues, Bamboo/ Sugar cane Paper Towels; wanting to test all the materials available.100% recycled TP: feels better for your conscience than your butt. It's not horrible, definaitely does the job but just doesnt feel sturdy making you naturally use a couple more sheets than you'd generally use. Knowing that it's all recycled helps with the justification though. Note: My partner as a female states she doesnt like it, due to having to wipe for both 1's and 2's.Bamboo tissues: Nice strong material, cool colourful square boxes. All around pretty good. To be honest the plastic problem is mostly what prompted me to try these and if supermarkets started packaging their toilet rolls in paper instead of plastic I'd probably buy those instead of these, but overall this product is pretty good.

In fact, a complete game changer; far less need for ointments & other treatments. So much better to avoid injury in the first place. There also seems to be more on a roll which means I'm finding they are lasting a little longer before someone shouts from the bathroom that they need a loo roll because they forgot to check before shutting the door.That said I still need to buy 48 rolls each month but I will never return to buying from the supermarket again.And let's not forget how the colourful rolls make me smile every time I enter the bathroom.I've even sent my daughter to uni with a few rolls of her own to make her bathroom colourful (and because we know students can spend a lot of time on the toilet which will save her / me money)

It makes me feel good about buying it, and it's not expensive either.When I think about what makes good toilet paper, I look at how many rolls are in a pack, how many sheets on a roll, if it's 3-ply, and the price. If it's affordable, has 3-ply sheets, and is also eco-friendly and supports charity, what's not to love?It lasts longer than other brands, even the cheap ones. And it's not rough like the old school paper or the newsprint type from way back (I'm not old, but my grandma remembers those days).The rolls are packed tight, don't use plastic, and you can recycle the whole box easily.It's soft, great for cleaning up messes or catching spiders, and it's gentle for blowing your nose or drying tears.What's cool is I can manage my orders and subscription easily without needing another app that asks for too much info. I can even opt for add ons. I use or replace as much as I can of single use items.. so I reuse my cloths, sponges, brushes and even use laundry leaves over tablets or pods.Each roll has its own fun design and wrapping.The little jokes on the rolls are a great touch. I wish there were different jokes or facts to keep things interesting, kind of like the ones in penguin biscuits or animal bars, you'd find i back in the '90s.To sum it up, I really love this brand. They care about the planet, don't take shortcuts, offer quality products without ripping off the customer, and they also donate to charity!The aren't another company just in it for the profits, they aren't another company using marketing to manipulate customers to feel ethical and buy.. they are actual a brand by their own word!Turns out, there's a lot to say about this toilet paper after all.Can it get any better?I love "who gives a crap" and you will too... especially when you realise that the value rolls are less than true value.Definitely try these and I promise you won't look back.
