I bought this on sale so the price was good. The flavor of the sugar is so good. I love adding it to my teas and coffees. It also is great to bake with. Cookies turn out nicer than w/ over-processed white sugar.

EXCELLENT raw sugar. I love this natural raw cane sugar by Wholesome! They're my favorite brand of vegan sugar products and I love all their golden-colored, unrefined sweeteners. This is a delicious raw sugar that has a natural molasses, slightly caramel flavor without being too heavy or rich. It's perfect! I don't tolerate refined sugar at ALL but just a little bit of this in my coffee doesn't bother me a bit. It's incredible! I also love the pretty packaging and love keeping these pretty blue bags in my pantry. Plus, Walmart has a better price on this than ANY other store. It's also hard to find! I have my mom hooked on the regular organic cane sugar by Wholesome (in the green package) also sold at Walmart, but for me, this raw turbinado is the BEST! Love it. ... MoreEXCELLENT raw sugar. Excellent!

I love this brand, the price is very fair for organic turbinado. I use it mostly for recipes and monk fruit for my coffees. I don't really taste a caramel flavor like some say but could just be my taste buds. The texture is coarse and I find it perfect for making rice pudding. Half turbinado and half coconut palm and coconut extract instead of vanilla is my family's favorite recipe choice for rice pudding flavor.

Good for water kefir

I find the Turbinado Sugar is very beneficial for my kefir. I think it contains quite some minerals so it should be also quite good for us to use in place of the normal raw sugar. I don't find differences in taste when I use in my pastries or coffee.

Healthy Product

Wholesome! Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar was given 5 stars because the product price was reasonable, product is organic with proof of organic authenticity (Organic symbol is prominent) and delivery was fairly quick. I discovered turbinado sugar about 1 year ago and love it as a substitute for most sugar I need = both white and brown. I love that it never sticks together and is barely processed making it a more healthy product. I also love the slight maple flavor it imparts in the item I am creating giving it better and more layered flavor.
