After using a cheap no-named set of torx bits, and partially stripping some screws on a knife that I liked, I read about not using cheap torx drivers. I had heard about the brand Wiha, which was highly rated I bought this and 2 others (I now have security torx Screwdrivers T8, T9 and T10) what a difference! These are quality German made tools, and are impressive.
Added a T5 driver to my SoftFinish Torx set. This is ideal for deconstructing 3 1/2 hard drives. A joy to handle the SoftFinish drivers. Perfect handles, perfect tips. Wiha tools are best in my lifelong collection.

We worked too darn hard for our money - why toss it away on foolish marketing schemes? It's our hard earned money! Here is a little of my history so you can see how I base my opinions. I am a retired engineer with over 50 years in business. My experiences took me through 20 years in the military service as an engineer, 13 years in a petroleum refinery industry as an engineer and finished my work as a computing and server systems and network engineer managing more than 150 servers. It's easy to say that I've had plenty of time to pick and chose which of my tools works and more importantly "work every single time time I want them too, without fail and sometimes under the harshest conditions". I am totally pleased with the ergonomic handle design, metal strength and tool durability. I am so convinced that I just bought another set for my Son who works on Bio-Medical Equipment professionally and on vehicles as a weekend passion. I rarely use Torx but there's always something with a Torx screw in it... this T6 driver will come in handy I'm sure!
This doesnt get as much use as my other drivers but the same great long lasting tips and ergonomic handle from my other Wiha drivers is why I buy my specialty tips like Torx in Wiha as well. I used to buy cheap drivers for my less common tips, but the reliable grip I get on my handle and the fact that I hardly ever cam out of a fastener made me realize those features are just as important when working with fasteners that aren't as common, so I been replacing my cheapos slowly with Wiha.
