I had 2 problems with my order;1) The racquet was not delivered to the address as supplied by me. I gave a post box in Loule, my local town but the company which Royal Mail employs in Portugal to deliver goods, GLS does not deliver to Post Offices. Further, they did not phone me to tell me this. The Royal Mail tracking number told me it could not be delivered. I contacted GLS by phone and they said it was at the local depot. After much more difficulty I found the racquet.2) The raquet has a small deformity on the outer plastic which covers the top 25% of the head of the racquet, I assume as a protective shield. I would appreciate your comments on this. I have attached 2 photo graphs.

Best racquet I have owned. Cant fault it. I hit a flat ball and have it strung at 52 head lynx. Couldnt ask for a better sweet spot and power, loved it from day one.
My son had the V4 for over a year and needed a second racket. I went to look for it on your site and only saw the v5. I just thought it was an updated color scheme. Unfortunately, this racket is a noticeable 60 grams heavier than the V4. It's not so easy to switch back forth between the V4 and v5 racket.
We are a Wilson Burn family and my daughter wanted a slightly heavier head. This racket has done the trick!
