Could be better, easy to self install. Paint very thin chipping where cordless wand rests after 1 week. Very tight fit. No brackets for base to stop it banging in the wind. Top finishing slat very minimalist narrow and thin with loose fitting. The instructions for cleaning stated do not get it wet ie rain... Disappointing they know its a window covering right, with the chance of rain on the breeze right... We were replacing 15yo like for like, needed the wooden slats for very hot QLD western sun, the faux wood plastic resin would not have been as sustainable in these conditions.

Had my a few web orders cancelled as Spotlight's websites say they had stock and when it came to processing my order, there wasn't any. This happened to 3 store locations. There is either an issue with their stock count or their system not allocating stock properly. Very frustrating.Last chance was a phone call to yet another store, and thankfully the nice chap was able to put one aside for me. The only issue is its hard to see any damage in the box. Turned out there was a dent in one of the panels, thankfully it doesn't stand out.Overall experience okay. They do process refunds/cancellations quite seamlessly, so thankfully not a lot of money tied up in cancelled orders at once. Advice: call ahead before you order to save you from future cancellations.

The blind is excellent value for the price. I wasn't expecting a Rolls Royce product as some people reviewing seem to do! It looks good, was really easy to fit and works well.

Worst blinds I have ever bought. The first set came dented, chipped and flimsy. The second replacement set came with a dent, chip, flimsy and missing pieces... Still waiting on spotlight to get back to me took initially 2 months for a replacement.
