This product is the best for painting in oils. It is long lasting [whilst in the bottle so just use a little at a time] and makes the oil paints glide onto the canvas. Windsor and Newton is one of the best for all items to do with painting, including brushes. I have used this for many years and was devastated when I ran out. Love it.

I was in a fix with the final touches of an oil painting that I needed to send to the customer in the next few days, a particular area of the painting was showing no signs of drying. I removed the original area of paint that wouldn't dry and painted again using a 50% mix of Liquin and the oil paint colour mix and to my amazement it started drying within a few hours and within 24 hours, the small problematic area was dry! 'Life-saving' stuff for artists on a deadline!

This is a medium I have been using for years and it helps to dry each layer of alkyd painting more quickly. this suits me because I paint by building up layers of colour

This is the first time that I have used Liquin to help thin and improve the spreading of oil paint. So far it appears to work well. The price was reasonable compared with other outlets.
I wish they had this 20+ years ago when I was in college as would have never stopped painting because of the time it took. How ever the older I'm getting the more I'm appreciating the benefits of its use from day to day.Has prevented many mishaps of dropping wet paintings on floor.from leaving oil all over the shag pile rug!!I'm able to do several painting layers a day giving my portfolio a great head start.
