I only had to charge my watch on arrival and haven’t charged it again still despite the daily use. The charger is non-standard but it’s quite common for a fitness watch. 3. Ease of use of the Withings app: not as good as the other fitness apps we’ve used in the past. A lot of the functionality is only available when you go to a paid Withings+ model. However, the basic interface is good and easy to understand. 4. Performance: this is where we’ve had the most issues. Both of us have tried wearing the watch as at first I was worried that irregularity of measurements was caused by the fact that I have a very slim wrist and maybe the watch didn’t sit on it tight enough (although it was quite snug). But the issue was the same for me and my partner. Sleep quality measurements are good when measured correctly. However, around 2-3 times during the week the watch would not connect the measurements properly, showing in the app that I’ve only slept for 2 hours, when in reality I had a full 8-hour sleep. Not ideal when sleep quality is something that is important for you to measure. Another thing g that kept bugging me is that throughout the day the watch would keep automatically recording the cycling activity for me. I do not cycle😅. Most of the times that would happen during walking or when I cook or have to use my hands actively. Measuring my training performance was fine. I mostly do strength training and the data that the watch showed was consistent with what I’d see on my other fitness trackers. Overall, this watch is a good option for someone that wants some of the fitness bracelet functionality and a better aesthetic. However, I wouldn’t recommend it as a fitness watch option for someone who mostly wants to track their fitness performance and sleep score.

The tool set and accessories supplied in the fancy box are fabulous, and of great quality. Instructions on how to adjust clear. The instructions on all other functions have to be downloaded to your phone. My husband and loves the looks and ease of use. The only part he didn't enjoy was having to download information as this is not his things. However. He was extremely satisfied on the ease of downloading the App to his phine. The battery life of this thing is amazing! Lasts forever, not quite the 30 days advertised but much much longer than my Apple Watch and all with very similar features. If you’re thinking about switching to this from your normal watch or other smart watch, I definitely recommend. It looks great on both men and women, looks just like a normal watch but with the bonus of all the tracking features like heart rate, activity’s, sleep, calories, menstrual cycle.. it’s water resistant.. the list goes on! Really worth it if you’re after something that looks really smart and luxurious! Didn’t have any problems using the app or connecting to my phone and other devices. All round worth the investment!

Average step detection, F tier support

Looks great and everthing was great for the first few weeks; step detection wasn't perfect but it was good enough for how they were detecting it (footfall impact). But then every morning it started to not detect steps, jumping and stomping wasn't even triggering it after it detected my 10k step morning walk as 0 steps, restarting the watch didn't kick it into gear.Ended up having to factory reset and set it up again each morning, so ended up returning it after a few days of this as like most would I don't consider that acceptable for a tracker, let alone one at this price point.I did attempt to to contact Withings for assistance with this. Once you set it up the way you like (which notifications you prefer and health settings), it is set and forget.I still haven't charged it yet and there's about 28% of battery left (15 days of use so far). I estimate it will make it at least another week - but I was playing with it a fair bit in the first week to figure it out.Now that I've stopped playing with it so much and I have optimised it for my preferences, the battery will get pretty close to the advertised '30 days'.Once negative thought is that the charger clip thing seems very flimsy compared to the quality of the rest of the product. First of all, i have to say that FirstClass Watches has an amazing service!Shipping was very fast and the watch arrived very well packed and in perfect condition.This is my second watch from Withings. I have the scanwatch and now i got the Nova.On the specs upgrade, there is almost none. The only difference is the temperature sensor (perhaps the sensors were upgraded, but i have not verified).Regarding design, this is a huge upgrade. Very very classy.The watch feels amazing on the hand, and it gives a sense of very high quality. I'm delighted with it.

Withings watch so-so.

It’s not a bad looking watch and charge lasts a long time. It is useful for advising by haptic when you receive a call or message but is very limited in all else. Small scrolling text which can’t be recalled so if you miss it that’s it. Does not do email or other notifications that Apple does. It needs a phone always close. It’s ok but far from great.
