I lucked up today in finding the last pair in my common size nines in purchasing my second pair from Nordstrom Rack. Being retired now, these are on my feet 95% of the time year round. It doesn't matter the season, these babies fit the bill. The plush wool interior breathes so even in the summer, I just wear a thinner sock or none at all. Having the short back keeps them on my feet when walking up my steep driveway when going to check my mail or for a dog walk. They are super durable with the superb grip soles. Normally, I wear from an 8-9 in shoes, depending on shoe type and brand. The size 9 is perfect for the thick socks I normally wear and the length as well. I have the black which I accidentally even wore to run my errands yesterday and just ordered the brown ones, both purchased from Nordstrom Rack. The classic Uggs have greater comfort in the footbed, especially in the heel and have better longevity than many of their other styles. These will be my go to slippers from now on because they are the most comfortable shoes my arthritic feet have ever felt and it took me a long time to discover them. You truly can't put a price on the comfort for your feet.

I bought these at Nordstrom Rack just before the pandemic. They are extremely comfy, especially in winter. I like that they are fully-shearling-lined over what feels like a memory foam midsole. Trouble is, the insoles are not removable (and inserting removable insoles makes the slippers way too tight)--and my feet sweat (don't everyone's?) so eventually the shearling compresses beneath the toes to become hard. The tool that comes with UGG's cleaning kit (sold separately) can't reach the end of the toe box lining, and does nothing to lift the hardened wool. I find myself using a combination of a wire puppy-grooming brush and a long-handled seafood or fondue fork, and lots of elbow grease. So in the unlikely event if you can find these in your size, fluff up the lining after each wearing to make them last longer. Or you might size up and insert some removable shearling insoles--grooming them often to keep them fluffy.

These were gift to my aunt. She just had a medical situation and now needs comfortable easy shoes. And she wanted Uggs. When I found these, she said they were warm, soft, comfortable and easy to put together n and take off. I’m happy they work for her because all she’s been through she deserves good shoes. And these Ugg slippers did the trick. I’m gonna get myself a pair.
