I am a long distance runner. I have run outside, three times a week, for the past 9 years. The Tata Tamer bra was a running girl's best friend. The company stopped making them. I had no choice but to try a new running bra. Last Summer an employee at a store suggested I try this bra. I was so happy with it! It basically does what my Tata Tamer did - holds everything in; I don't feel anything move on my long run. I purchased two more bras a few weeks ago. I am confused! They are much shorter and look different. Why would you meddle with something that is working so well for us runners? Disappointed and will return both bras.

I LOVE this bra. I wear 32dd normally and 32dd in this. It is tight especially brand new, but that’s where the support comes from, and it does stretch out slightly with wear. I only wear this for high impact training since it is so tight, but I swear my girls do not move at all. The straps are short, but they are great for me all the way loose. Sweat shows completely through the white and magenta but I don’t mind. The cups are slightly molded without extra padding. Strappy back is super cute too

I chose to utilize the online sizing guide LLL provides online. Going by exact measurements I took that day. The guide confirmed I would definitely be a size 8. So, i chose a size 8. I love these bras and have been wearing them for years, however, my size and bust has increased recently, thus the reason I chose to remeasure and be sure. The size 8 is pretty tight and it's tough to pull on and off but I was in very much need of a new one I chose to just continue struggling to wear it for sake of not being able to get to the store to exchange. The straps are also pretty snug around the neck area and pulls on my neck muscles so by the end of the day I prepare for a headache. It's a gorgeous bra, I just wish the sizing had been more spot on. I had high hopes and was stoked on the bra, but after putting it through the ringer I just don't love this bra. I am an endurance runner (marathon and ultras) so I bought it for running. First, it is strangely hard to put on, and I bought my regular size, maybe size up? Plus the straps, while cute, easily get twisted, and are hard to untwist while on. Second, the straps dig into my shoulders very badly. For long runs I wear a hydration vest and this causes it to dig in even more. By the end of my long run I am my shoulders and neck are in pain. Not comfortable :( I can stand it for shorter mileage, but would not recommend for long or under a pack/vest. Lastly, this thing does not wick very well. At the end of my runs it is completely soaked and I can't wait to get ... MoreI had high hopes and was stoked on the bra, but after putting it through the ringer I just don't love this bra. Really wanted to like this bra but with each use it gets more and more uncomfortable. For the first 2-3 uses it was very supportive and fit well but with continued use it lost its shape. As other have commented the shoulder straps do not hold their shape and cut into the top of the shoulders and are painfull and add strain and pressure to the neck. The lower cut nature of the bra along with loosening of the material leads to your cleavage to showing more than you may want it to when bending forward. I use this bra for hot yoga which it relatively low impact and have these issues I can’t imagine it being comfortable for any activity especially if you do have a heavier chest.
I've been an Energy Bra obsessor for *years*. It's honestly the only sports bra that I've worn for running, skiing, climbing, biking, and high intensity gym workouts.Unfortunately, I made my latest purchase to replace some older Energy bras and the new ones are simply not the same. They are at least 1.5 inches shorter around the rib cage. I even compared my sports bra from the mail with the same size one from a friend who got hers a month ago and it was visibly way smaller. It's hugging my skin so tight that I can't wear it for longer than an hour without feeling uncomfortable. I have even lost weight (due to my recent wedding), so weight gain isn't a concern here. The material is also different. It's scratchy and not as soft as older versions, which is super ... I will seriously struggle to find another sports bra that works for all of the activities that I've listed above. I'm also not sure if I can return the bras now that I've worn them once and washed them (without drying) a few times to see if they would get softer.Super disappointing from a long-time Energy bra obsessor.
This is pretty decent. I ordered black, but I didn’t realize there was an interesting seam line around the lower bust. It seems to fit well. It’s just ever so slightly bulky below the bustline. It’s my first time ordering a higher neckline and I’m pleasantly surprised that it feels good. I am busty, so I typically like some breathing room but this is fine. It has enough coverage to wear it as a top but still works as a bra. It’s a little different but I like it.My measurements are 35” around the rib/band, 42” bust. I’m 5’5 170lbs and ordered a size 14.
I loved the original, medium support Energy bra but after having a baby, my chest needed more than what that bra could give. Like other reviews say, the straps are ridiculously short. I am not a long torso’d person and I still have to max out the strap adjusters. Luckily it works for me at that length and I don’t need them longer! Otherwise, the bra is great. I would like to see more size options in stores to try on. I had to try a 32DDD and 34D in two different stores and then hope the 32DD I ordered online fit me. Not one store in the Metro Vancouver area had a 32DD in stock!
The bra is designed in such a way that it makes strangely unflattering bulges between the sides, underarms, shoulderblades and strap junctions that almost shows through my workout tops (a problem I do not have with any of my med-high support sports bras from any luxury sports company). The neckline is neither high nor low, but sits at a point that looks slightly awkward, like a youth cut. Even trying different sizes in my fit didn't solve these problems. The material itself is oddly not soft, but kind of cardboardy in texture, same with the bra pads. It left some friction marks after a workout.I am new to Lululemon but I expected better quality, or more finesse in design. I really wanted to love it.The pattern + coloring, however, is completely gorgeous and ... I bought this bra recently and I've worn it a few times for my workouts. The first time the straps were so tight it dug into my shoulders and it was unbearable. A few of the reviews say not all of the straps loosen but that's just not true. After loosening the two straps with adjustments the other straps also adjusted to that length. It's a bit tricky to get on by yourself but once you're in those puppies aren't going anywhere. I felt super secure and really comfortable the entire time. Normally high supportive bras just hurt like crazy and I can't wait to take them off but with this bra I was almost bummed I had to take it off at the end of my workout. There is another small issue with the bra and that's that it shows boob sweat like nobody's business. I thought ... MoreI bought this bra recently and I've worn it a few times for my workouts. There is another small issue with the bra and that's that it shows boob sweat like nobody's business. I thought since it was a sweat wicking fabric the sweat wouldn't be too noticeable but I was dead wrong. The sweat is very very very noticeable and it'll stay damp for quite some time. All in all it's a solid bra, I wish the color was black so the sweat would be less noticeable but I didn't want to pay full price, so I would say it's worth it.
