But I have flat feet and even with my arch supports the shoe is making my heel sore. I am going to give it another week in the shoe. If things don't improve I will go back to my Brooks, which also is a great shoe. On Cloud X is worth the money. For the typical foot I think most would like the shoe.

These shoes are super light weight . The fit perfectly on mi size. The color is amazing, they look even better than the photos.Ps. This is my 3rd pair of ONs
My first pair of On's and I really love how weightless they are and the styling. My only reservation is that they come up high on the outside and rub my foot. I looked at the Clouds vs Cloud X as they are cut lower but I am not a fan of the bungee shoestrings. I am hoping these will soften up.
I have bought this brand and style since 2013 before they were considered stylish. I order a half size up for thin socks and a full size up for thick socks. I tend to use these shoes to run but these white ones will only be for travel. I have tried multiple other brands and I do like Brooks but the cushion lasts longer in oncloud shoes. The downside is the lack of versatility. These shoes are not good for the gym or outdoors trails. The bottom which makes the shoe great for running will collect rocks and tend to be unstable while doing exercises on the floor (due to the bottom design flexing, not the shoe itself).I buy these every year for a reason ? these are great to run.
Ive been wearing On Running Cloud X shoes for years and i love them. They are light weight, neutral and so comfortable. I wear them primarily for running but they are also great for cross training and gym workouts. The only downside of these shoes is that pebbles get stuck in between the clouds on the soles of the feet, so occasionally i have to stop for a minute to pick out the rock.
Running with this shoe gave me instant blisters. No support. Unfortunately the design of the shoe makes it a sophisticated running shoe, however they have absolutely no support and are the worst brand shoe I've ever had.
Wow, I cannot tell you how comfortable the fit is. It definitely fits like my foot belonged in them all these years!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! Finally!!!! I do wear a size 7 in some brands but with this shoe, I ordered a 6.5 and I'm SO glad I did! Perfect, comfortable fit. They are so light, too.You will LOVE these shoes!!!Pearl
I tried this brand for the first time and was not sure if they fit true to size based on some reviews saying they run small so I tried my regular size and a half size up. I wear a solid size 7.5 and have normal width feet. I typically wear Nike running shoes in size 7.5 and found these to be a similar fit and very comfortable. The size 8 had too much room in the toe and was a bit big all over. I would say these shoes run true-to-size in length but if you have wider feet you may want to try to size up.
