Definitely a top tier carbon shoe. Soft cushioning with nice bounce & very stable. The extra rubber sole protection will increase shoe’s longevity. Only criticism is the shoe isn’t true to size .

Wow, just wow. First time trying this type of shoe. Cannot believe the difference and how much it propels you forward. Not sure I want to run in them all the time, (afraid I could not go back to a normal shoe!), but they are great for days I want to be/feel fast. Definitely recommend. Runs TTS (your running shoe size)

I have really enjoyed running in the Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 (AAP3). To my mind, the shoe has been a great entry into the carbon plated shoe world. Based on my experience, the AAP3 is not too aggressive in terms of its geometry and is stable enough for my needs. I would recommend to people who are looking to try and utilise a carbon plated shoe. I am intending to utilise the shoe for half marathon and marathon distances. However, I still feel like the shoes can be utilised for 5 km - 10 km races.

I usually take an 8 wide. These were a 7, and just wide enough but still long. I ran a fast half marathon in them and had no issues with joint soreness and legs felt fresh afterwards. Super sharp heel cup and still a bit long. Toes sliding into the end a lot.
After two pairs of Nikes previously (alphafly and vaporfly) which I was very impressed with, I decided to give these a go (mainly due to the lower price point).After a couple of outings I can say that they stack up well against the top flight Nike models. They are very stable and extremely responsive. I’ll certainly be sticking with Adidas as long as they don’t mess with the design too much in the future.
I have a marathon in 3 weeks. I bought these shoes with the intention of racing in them. I'm struggling with getting the laces tied properly so my heel does not slip and breaking them in. They seem to feel stiff and not much cushion. I ran a 16 miler in these a few days ago and had to stop several times to adjust the laces. Any and all help is appreciated. I gave three stars since the jury is still out....
These shoes are amazing! They are so comfortable, actually quite low impact on the knees and responsive. These shoes make you feel so fast!! I find the adidas a better fit for me over nike vaporfly as I have a wider foot.
I took these out for a pacey 10km and they were pretty comfy. I would say it is quite a roomy shoe which suits me as I normally need wide. I think 7.5 would hold up fine as plenty of toe box and good grip. Shoe did feel stable and lightweight in feel though the spongy base did not give me an overall spring. You’d expect it to translate to good energy return.
I bought this shoe for my 1st marathon after watching a lot of reviews and like everyone said. This is a good shoe for marathon or your long run. Super light and comfortable. More energy return in every step.
I think this is a really good shoe and will work for a lot of people. It just wasn’t the right shoe for what I hoped to use it for. The lightstrike foam is quite firm, and that’s a big positive for me in a 5km or 10km race, however i couldn’t take this for a half or full marathon. Its just not forgiving enough for me over a long distance. The upper and grip is phenomenal though, can’t fault it in that regard.
