The hat is ok but they shipped it in a small box so the hat is deformed.I can tell the box was too small when it was just delivered. I was afraid they messed up the hat & surely they did.

This is one of THREE hats I’ve ordered that needs to be returned because it’s carelessly tossed in too small a box. Zero care in quality upon receipt. Lazy employees. Never again.
