The dunks were in perfect condition and even looked better than the photo. I got these for my little sister for he birthday and she was obsessed with them and hasnt taken them off since. Postage was quick and price was more than reasonable and better than I thought I was going to have to pay. Overall more than happy with my purchase and will definitely be making future purchases for myself & family.

There were several stains on the shoes. I bought as a gift and didn’t have time to return. I thought it was supposed to be new but instead spent time trying to get black marks off m. Customer service was nonexistent
The product appears to have a yellow tint to it. Which is noticeable because they’re supposed to be white. When my order was placed the first time, Money was debited from account, and then the order was cancelled. It then took an additional week to get the shoes. I tried to have a supervisor reach out so I could offer some feedback on how that process could be done better. I was then told “here’s a $20 voucher” and told to have a good day. As a rep who works in a call center, not taking customer suggestions regarding better service recovery, is a good way for me not to return. Could’ve been a lot more attentive and considerate. If you ever need some feedback on quality service, let me know.
