This shoe was such an amazing product for running. I was blown away by how much this affected my daily runs. This shoe was such a lightweight shoe and when I put it on feet, it almost felt as if I hadn't even put on anything significant on my feet. Another potential downside of this shoe is the sole of the shoe as well. There is only true rubber on the sole in the forefoot area and the rest is just molded and exposed cushioning. This is probably to save on weight and to make it as light as possible without sacrificing performance but this will definitely wear down over time, and probably a lot faster for heel strike runners. Design wise, I am a big fan of the silhouette and it looks great in my opinion, even the bolder/brighter colorways as well. The only thing I would probably change about the shoe is adding a bit more protection in the heel portion of the sole because that exposed foam cushioning has already shown signs of deteriorating and will probably be gone after more running is done. With that addition, I believe that that could help the shoe last longer. Overall, this is an amazing running shoe created by Nike and I would definitely add this to the rotation for both casual runners and maybe even serious runners as well.

I liked that the shoe laces had texture and ridges so that the its less likely to become untied when walking/running. The tongue of the shoe has a padded portion towards the medial side and is wide enough that it covers part of the foot so your foot wont rub against the shoe (preventing blisters). The vamp is slightly angled off to the side making it little more stylish and sophisticated. The shoe is made with a mesh-like material, making it very lightweight, quick to dry, breathable and easily cleaned. Though it does have open holes in the mesh which allows your sock to show through, you can still wear it with any color sock. Wasn’t sure I’d like the shape/design of the sole when trying on but actually ended up really liking it--if you're particular about shape or like a flat sole, though, this may not be the shoe for you.

Recently purchased the Vaporfly 4 and I am very satisfied after two runs in them. I had no problem running a 5K and 10K in them within a few days of receiving. Eventually this will become my Raceday sneaker but I needed to break them in and see the comfort level in them. I have a very flat foot so this sneaker is perfect for me. Comparing them to the Vaporfly 2, this model is much lighter, and in my opinion more comfortable. I understand people's concern about longevity given the very thin material but I wouldn't say that is a reason not to purchase. Overall, very satisfied with the sneaker, material, and technology. Very excited to run my first half marathon in them next week!

I am a special education teacher and part of my job is walking in the community with my students daily. My favorite parts are the heel cushioning (I tend to get blisters with new shoes but not with these!), the light padding on the tongue as it takes the pressure off the bone spurs on the top of my feet, and the wider toe box that accommodates my bunions. I’m ecstatic to have found a shoe that addresses all my foot needs while simultaneously having a modern and stylish look.While not at work, I’ve worn them on jogs, and they really do have the feeling of springing you forward to assist with running. Additionally, I’ve worn them on a trail walk with my young children which was not on a paved surface. They were sturdy on uneven terrain, and the open knit design of the fabric kept my feet cool. Unfortunately, the fabric design does limit the weather conditions in which these sneakers can be worn, but their superior comfort level outweighs this inconvenience for me.
As a mom of two, my youngest being an infant, I have been on hunt to find the perfect shoe to began my postpartum journey. I often struggle to carve out time during the day to workout. When I was able to, I would suffer in pain post work out from an incorrect shoe fitting as a result of postpartum changes in my feet. Then I met the Nike Zoom Vaperfly Next 3. It provided maximum comfort around the top of my foot and allowed for increased agility without pressure from the tongue. The shoe also utilized side lacing. If you are not a kin to side lacing, this may also take a bit to get used to. The heel provides maximum bounce that you will notice upon placing the shoe on your foot. The large holes in the material of the shoe allow for maximum breathability, particularly in warmer climate. One downfall I would like to know it is that the material of the shoe is not soft and feels stiff at first. I believe this can be improved upon in future models. What I love most about this shoe is that it is not only great for running, but is also comfortable enough to wear all day, with the added bonus of comfort while having a baby in tow!

The sole on the back comes together to form a point. But the weirdest thing about this shoe is that instead of the laces coming up right up the center of the shoe, it veers off toward your pinky toe. While wearing the shoes, this slanted shoe lace thing made me feel odd about my feet.So here are the great things: 1) the shoe is very comfortable, except maybe 1/2 a size to little. 2) the shoe laces are ribbed so that the shoes stayed tied really easily. 3) the sneaker has really good traction. I accidentally wore them when it was snowing, despite my feet freezing (no fault of the shoe) I had amazing grip on slick side walks.
Wow. I absolutely love these shoes. Ran a mile on them indoors and they felt great, so I took them outdoors yesterday and it was the easiest, most comfortable 7 miles I’ve ever run. I comfortably ran about 20-30 seconds faster than my typical distance pace. I easily beat my PB for a 10k. In the past I’ve had some plantar fasciitis after long runs, but so far I have had zero pain. Even if these only last a couple hundred miles, they are worth every penny in my opinion. They fit snug around the mid foot but not too tight, I went with my typical size in running shoes (1/2 size up from my regular shoe size) and I had no issues with heel slippage or too much/too late space around the toes.
