A little too hard for my liking but if you want a solid pillow, this one's a good pick.
The perfect pillow: it somehow manages to offer optimal support and yield for a back-, side- and stomach-sleeper, which l didn't think was possible in a single pillow. There's no woolley smell either, just the sensation of sinking into a blissful sleep at any angle. Highly recommended!

its not as mentioned in the advertisement. It says Med to Firm its actually very soft and fluffy.
Love the wool pillow, only downside I thought it was firmer (filled more) after using it becomes pretty flat , however perfect hight for a comfy sleep neck support
