Ok, not amazing. This butter chicken was ok, but nothing special. There was a lot of sauce but not a lot of chicken. The flavour was a bit too bland for me but ok for my kids. It would be good for a quick, easy meal to keep in the freezer but there are better options available. The price is really good.

Ok but scarce chicken. I had bought this previously quite a while ago and it tasted good with decent chicken pieces included. The last 2 times I’ve purchased this there has been hardly any chicken and the chicken was awful. The sauce flavour was good though. The price is cheap but I won’t be repurchasing this product.

Convenient. This is an inexpensive and convenient product to keep in the freezer. with kidults living at home coming and going at all hrs it's hard to navigate meal times so having a few of these meals on standby is really convenient. The portion size of this product is just enough for lunch or a light dinner and the flavour was nice, it would be much better with more chicken but at $4 you can't really ask for too much

Tasty . Wasnt a hot butter chicken, which is good. Tasted nice, right amount of rice to sauce. But there wasnt enough chicken, very minimal, non existent. But still tasted nice. Will be buying in my shop.

Easy affordable “meal”. very easy to prepare. rice cooked perfectly. the curry itself. Absolutely terrible. stringly chewy chicken in a very boring curry sauce. I ate the rice with something else I had at home and tipped the curry out. this product used to be awesome but appears they have a “new and improved recipe” as the box put it. But by that I’m assume “new and improved profits” don’t buy.

More like Butter Onion. I couldn't decide on 3 or 4 stars as I just was left unsatisfied.. was missing something.. there was chicken pieces but the onion just outweighed that so I couldn't taste that chicken unless picking out the tiny pieces on there own.. which on there own without the rice etc did taste yum.. but off short supply. To out weight the overbearing onion taste it would go well with some Nana bread

You get what you pay for. Unlike the equivalent Lasagna in this range this frozen meal disappoints and unfortunately the saying you only get what you pay for is true in this case. The picture on the box is misleading. The chicken is hardly chunky as in the photo it is more like chicken mince and there wasn't a great deal of it and it didn't taste nice either. The rice looked like it cooked well but it had an artificial taste. Actually, the whole dish tasted a bit artificial and was nothing like cooking fresh using pre-made jar sauce or even as good as the name brand frozen product. It's good to see that 75% of the product was Australian so I'm guessing that 25% was the minuscule chicken bits. God knows why we have to import even any of this product. Convenient meal. Filling with a tasty sauce. We added vegetables on the side. Cost effective and handy to have in the freezer for a fast convenient meal. The only let down was the minimal quantity of chicken pieces unfortunately. May consider re-purchasing.

Tasted nice. This is the first time that I have tried the Butter Chicken with a new recipe and is a little bit more spice which is good. It was a bit sweeter before and great amount of rice, sauce is a good amount, but it is lacking the key ingredient in the tittle, Chicken. It seems to have bits and pieces of chicken in the meal, but I would like a few more pieces. The price is excellent. To make this meal beefier for me, I microwaved some steamed winter vegetables and that was great.
