Lacks depth and flavour. Nice coffee aroma once I opened the bag. Used a plunger and even though I'm not a strong coffee drinker and I adjusted up the amount of ground coffee per cup, it was still lacklustre taste. Perhaps too finely ground for a coffee plunger. We are of the opinion other specialities coffee beans and even Nescafe espresso tastes better. Can't recommend as it doesn't make a decent cup of coffee. My husband was of the same opinion.

Loses quality very quick. First few coffees were nice and had flavour after about a week it lost all its flavour and basically went stale and became undrinkable. okay if it's used within a few days but I only have a coffee a day so couldn't use the entire bag. I'll stick to other brands that stay good for longer.

Great taste. We use a stove top percolator and enjoy a medium roast. Although the packaging has 'dark roast' it is not the strongest coffee. This coffee was smooth tasting and of medium strength. Good to see the Rainforest Alliance logo on the pack. The price is less than half the cost of an equivalent size pack and of similar taste. Definitely worth trying. We've already purchased more of this coffee.

Strange aroma but tastes OK. Has a strange aroma almost bordering on unpleasant – difficult to describe but like a fishy/spicy smell; almost like some Asian grocery stores. We’re regular coffee drinkers (fresh beans and ground), and the grounds didn’t smell like coffee (nor nice) but thankfully, the taste is OK and it DID smell like coffee once percolated. It’s about a mild to medium strength coffee but it’s very dark. Made it in a stove-top percolator. Not a nice coffee so, can’t recommend it …

Not to my taste. The like a strong coffee and the colour looked promising but I found the taste a little sharp. Perhaps my palate just likes what I am used to. I love my morning stove top coffee with a 50/50 mix of Oxfam Fairtrade World Blend and Vittoria. I also like to support Oxfam in the work they do. Thanks for the sample though

Very Smooth. I already have this coffee in my Fridge. I use it in my Plunger. Its a lively Smooth, but Strong tasting coffee. Also, reasonably priced. will definitely purchase again. hank u for allowing me to try this product. TI

Good for a change. We used this coffee in a coffee machine and a stovetop drip filter system. It worked well both ways. The packaging says 'strong', but I didn't find it strong. The powder was very fine - it could be a little more coarse. Nice smooth flavour and no bitter aftertaste. Would buy it again.

Not bad. I didn't mind the taste of this coffee, but I have had better coffee. It was smooth, but I prefer stronger coffee. I found it a bit expensive for a small bag of coffee. I can get better quality tasty coffee for a cheaper price. I would not buy this product again. Thanks for the bunch sample.

Nice aroma. Was a light low strength coffee. Not bitter. Could have a stronger body. I only drink black coffee so I’m able to taste the full flavour. Good price. I still enjoyed it ☕️

Won't be used for drinking, but will be used for baking. We use an Aldi pod machine in our house and my husband loves it. He drinks a very strong coffee and this instant coffee wasn't as strong as he is used to. This is much cheaper than the Vittoria brand (which we like) but in this case, we'd rather pay more for Vittoria for the taste. I will definitely use this coffee in baking (adding to chocolate cakes etc) though.
