Nice and enjoyable. I have to thank ninja1 for a wonderful review which enticed me to buy this bran cereal. I can eat cereal any time of day, but haven’t bought any for a while. It’s $2. 80 for the 500g box. As per ninja1’s review, I had this cereal along with another cereal and it was a great way to eat healthy bran and have another slightly sweet cereal to balance it off. I had it with cold milk, sorry, I don’t have a photo of this as I was busy eating the cereal while it was still crunchyThis bran cereal would also be good with some sliced fruits on top. The bran is made in Australia from atleast 99% Australian ingredients. The bran cereal didn’t taste sweet but there is 6. 0g of sugar for 45g. I don’t know how this compares to other bran cereals. Healthy, nutritious and affordable. This 500g box of Woolworths High Fibre Bran is great for breakfast - it's tasty with a nice crunchy texture, as well as very healthy (5-star health rating) and an excellent source of fibre (~60% of your recommended daily intake per serving). It's also packed with other vitamins and minerals including iron, magnesium, folate and B vitamins. For our household, this bran is perfect to serve with milk or to mix through yoghurt (topped with berries for extra flavour!). Priced at $2. 80 per box, it's also much more affordable as an everyday pantry staple compared to many other breakfast cereals currently available.

Nicely surprised. This is not something I’d normally buy, and I was pleasantly surprised. Good flavor and nice texture. I added some to the kids breakfast cereal, and they didn’t complain which is always a bonus. They’re not just to be eaten as a breakfast cereal, I also used them when making some muffins, broke them down a bit and added them to the muffins, gave them a nice texture and some added flavor. Also good sprinkles over a salad instead of crunchy noodles.

Pretty good. I very easily found this in store in it's large green box that stood out on the shelf. Tried with oat milk and a little monk fruit sweetener. Looks uninspiring in the bowl but all bran does. Tasted pretty good though. Very good texture and crunch. Could easily be jazzed up with fruit. Quite filling too. Great price point. I liked Aussie made with Aussie ingredients. 5 star health rating. Really no reason not to give this 5 stars, why buy other brans? Good one Bunch, appreciated as always.

BEST BRAN. I am not a fan of Bran even if it is good for me. However, this Woolworths brand is better than other brands because the bran is thin and crispy. I ate this for breakfast with milk and added stewed fruit on top, mainly for a little sweetness. I find, ordinarily, that bran on its own is hard to digest, hence I need to add the soft fruit. For those who love bran, this is the perfect choice. It stays crispy in milk for the entire time it takes to eat it. Other brands seem to go soggy, thick and gluggy very quickly. If you love bran, it is worth buying.

Excellent. Thank you Bunch for the opportunity to try Woolworths High Fibre Bran 500g. After trying it the first time, I didn't really like the texture or the taste, but the next day I added it to my regular mix of Cornflakes and Sultana Bran, and I never looked back, specially that I've noticed I became 'regular'. So far, I've never experienced this quick result with any cereal or any combination of cereals. I will definitely buy this product, and incorporate it to my diet. Highly recommend it.

Great source of fibre. This is a product that I buy regularly for hubby. So to get it as a sample was very well received!Hubby adds it to his mix of Weet Bix and Cornflakes every morning, finishing off with a small amount of sugar and some milk. He enjoys his unusual combination. Full marks for being made in Australia from at least 99% Aussie ingredients. 42. 1g of fibre per 100g, and 13. 4g of sugar. The sugar content could probably be lower, but overall a healthy addition to other cereals. At $2. 80 for 500g, it's very affordable. Thank you Bunch, I will continue to buy this pantry staple.

Great, healthy breakfast. I haven’t had bran in this form for years! They used to be sprinkled over Weet-Bix with warm milk and honey when I was a child. I was quite excited to see how I liked them now. I munched on a few straight from the box, just to taste on their own and thought they were sweeter than I had remembered. I was very surprised to see it contained 13. 4 g of sugar per 100g. As a guide, I generally try to buy foods with less than 10 g of sugar and 10 g of fat per 100g. Nevertheless, it is loaded with fibre, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, iron and folate so covers just about everything body needs and carries a five star health rating! I served up a bowl with some canned apricots, yoghurt, honey and milk. The Bran had a delicious crunch to it and didn’t go soggy, just softened ever so slightly. I thoroughly enjoyed it cold and will enjoy it again with warm milk, I’m sure. I have a recipe from my mother for a cake that uses bran in it as well which I will make while I have the packet open. It’s definitely time to get reacquainted with the bran sticks. Thanks a bunch, Bunch

Great fibre boost. I was really surprised by the tastinesses of the Woolworths High Fibre Bran. At less than half the price of the name brand product it is a fantastic buy. I love that it is enriched with Iron, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid and Thiamin. Bran is not something I incorporated in my diet before I tried this offer, it is however going to become so. I had it as a nice crunchy addition to yoghurt and I also mixed it in with my regular cereal. And talking of regular it does keep you that as well. Definitely buying the Woolworths Hi Fibre Bran again.

Good as an addition. Tasted some on their own. Loved the crunch and sweetness but there was a bit of an aftertaste. Then tried some with cereal, actually Woolies Great Start cereal and loved the added crunch not to mention the added health benefits. Not sure I would buy again though, simply because I’m not a fan of only bran cereals not because of the product. I will enjoy finishing this box and the added health benefits it brings. Extra rating for being made in Australia and with 99% Australian ingredients.
