i have become used to lamb chops having very fatty chops under the top layer but this recent pack was more fat than lamb. to much fat for even the dog to eat.. not happy.

Always a winner for dinner

Very versatile cut of lamb in a family size pack. We like lamb chops in our house, and forequarter chops are a favourite. These are great barbecued, or slow braised. Nice size pack for a family too.

Slow cooked greek lamb. Cooked these in a tomato based sauce over low heat for a couple of hours. Very tender and melt in the mouth. A very cheap way to eat lamb.
