Convenience Food. Steamed Jasmine Rice was a quick convenient way to cook & serve rice. As there were three of us eating, I served it with added vegetables & soy sauce to go with our crumbed fish. It was only $1. 50 per pkt but I usually buy rice in larger pkts (more economical) & then prepare in the rice cooker (which only takes 12 mins), so I wouldn’t normally buy this product. Thank you for the chance to try. I like that the packaging is recyclable.

Perfection. I hate cooking rice i think the rice knows so makes my life difficult!Ive tried rice cookers and measuring my water and rice ratios perfectly yet it always manages to stick and get gluggy or be way undercooked. All my problems have been solved! Beautifully fluffy rice in minutes no effort required! Just chuck in the microwave and forget. This little guy is going in my shopping basket every week from now on. Absolutely love it!

Average Rice. While quick and convenient, I found the product to be a bit dry and tough compared to freshly made rice. There are times when fast is what's needed, and for those cases, this is kinda like having left over rice available. When I've got the 20 min, I much prefer to cook fresh rice.

Nice flavour. As we are not big rice lovers, I find it more convenient to buy it in the pouch ike this. Perfect amount for two of us!Quick 90 seconds in the microwave and you have your rice to accompany your meal. I'm not sure how it compares in price, to other similar products. But would imagine it to be less expensive with the exact same taste.

Didn't love it but it is super conveniant. I regularly buy jasmine rice (my favourite type of rice) but this one just wasn't my favourite. It just came out a little clumpy. When I mixed it in with my chicken meal, it was fine and did the job but on it's own, I didn't love it. Would I buy again? Yes, if I was camping or in a similar situation and just wanted an easy staple but for my regular weekly shop, I wouldn't buy it over other options.

Convenient. I prefer to cook my own rice but this wasn't bad at all for pre cooked. It did taste a little different. It had a nice texture and was easy to use, I do prefer the flavour of rice I've cooked. This would be handy for those times when you're time poor or just don't have the facilities to cook your own like at work, on holidays etc. As I had the sample I used it to make rice salad and it was very tasty. I would buy this occasionally to have on hand because it is very convenient and not too expensive.

It cooks perfectly well in 90 seconds to be a soft and moist riceThe sunflower oil, however, overwhelms the texture and taste of the rice and the beautiful fragrant jasmine aromas are completely gone and the product solely relies on the oil taste (not awful by any means but still would rather the jasmine) You can definitely tell it’s a microwaveable product due to the texture which is a bit mushy and wet (oil). Overall, it is a satisfactory product good for its time saving and convenience however it is second to the flavour and texture of real jasmine rice. I love microwave packet rice as it's so convenient and I regularly buy the long grain and brown rice versions of this product, however was disappointed with this jasmine version. The texture was mushy and the grains of rice were indistinguishable from one another - not a nice mouth feel. This is a smaller 2 serve packet which is fine for two meals but I prefer the larger size packets so there is enough rice for leftovers. 90 seconds in the microwave is all this needs so it is very convenient and handy to have in the cupboard. It's obviously more expensive than cooking rice from scratch but when it's good, I think it's worth the additional cost. Quick easy rice. I didn’t use this, my dad did. He said it was lovely and very good for someone living on their own wanting rice as he loves rice but doesn’t cook it often due to being on his own. He has purchased many times since trying the sample.

Quick and convenient. I found this product easy to prepare and was very convenient to take to work. The rice seemed a bit dry, however, the serving size is good for one person. Even though this product is convenient I would still cook fresh for a family as you would need quite a few packets. If you want to make a quick meal for one person this is a great option
