It is labelled as Vegetarian at the front so this should help people know that it is made with a non-animal rennet, but I wonder if it would be better to explain this a bit more on the front of pack. I used plenty to cover two pizzas and there is still lots left in the bag for another meal or I can freeze it for a later date. I often buy baby bocconcini on our pizzas but used this mozzarella tonight and it was so much easier not having to break up the bocconcini or a large single mozzarella cheese ball and it had a similar taste and flavour. I usually buy this product when I need mozzarella so am familiar with it and am very happy with both the taste, flavour, convenience and price. Having it pre-grated saves heaps of time and there's less cleaning up so I can highly recommend this product and will definitely be buying it again.

We use this cheese to top pasta & pasta bakes, on lasagne, in béchamel & cheese sauces, in tacos & burritos, on baked potatoes with sour cream & butter, on toasted sandwiches, in sandwiches and in any recipe that calls for cheese. Best of all - this cheese has a 5 star health rating and is made from 95% Aussie ingredients!! I have very happily bought this product for years and will continue doing so for many years to come.
