The bomb when you need a fancy dessert but are time poor. I have purchased this bases a few times now, usually when I need a fancy dessert for a function but don't have time to make anything. I ALWAYS get great feedback on them. The base is super light inside with a crunchy outside layer, nice and high and once decorated with a bit of whipped cream and fruit, absolutely divine. My number one tip is to always lift the lid on your box when you are choosing one and just make sure your base hasn't been damaged during transit or whilst instore, especially if you are using it at a party or special dinner/tea. It is disappointing to find it cracked or broken once you get home.

Excellent product. Love this! I also like how you can have a look in the box before you buy to make sure it's not too squashed. Homemade pav is good too but this is so much more convenient. All you need to do is whip the cream (or buy a can even!), chop the fruit and open up a tin of passionfruit to pour over. So quick and so easy to make it look stunning.

Very Enjoyable. Nothing beats a home made Pav, but this comes close to matching it!!I did check inside each box before purchasing & found quite a few that were broken. Good sized dessert with a nice texture & light & airy filling. Served with Peppermint Crisp & Banana (sounds weird but tastes amazing!!)Would definitely buy again if I didn't have time to make one.

School Holiday Sweet Treat. This sample arrived in time for cooking with kids in the school holidays using the cheats version of a ready made base. The product was easy to locate in my local supermarket, but due to such variations with crumbling and cracking, I checked every box to get the one with the greatest formation. We added a lemon, custard, cream curd to the top, then decorated. The kids were so proud of their masterpiece but only 2 out of the 4 went for the actual pavlova, due to the sweetness. Texture-wise, the base was soft with a crisp edge. For just under $10 & given fruit Is cheap at the moment, I would repurchase for an event but not necessarily to consume myself due to the sugar content & oversweet flavour. Glad the curd & fruit cut through that a bit.

Yummy. Was really impressed with the crispy on the inside and the nice soft inside. Makes it really easy to make up a yummy dessert very easily. I used cream and the tin of peach slices (also a free sample). Everyone enjoyed it. Will be buying it agin and having it with fresh strawberries

Pav perfection. Never enduring the stress of baking pavlova bases again. Crisp meringue outer and marshmallowy centre. The perfect canvas to build your dream pavlova. My favourite is to load up plump Summer berries over thick lashing of cream with a generous drizzle of melted choc amongst a share of Turkish delight. Heavenly.

5 stars isn't enough! We buy this product every Christmas (and occasionally throughout the year), it is a firm family favourite The size is big enough to feed our family of 6 for 2 serves each, which is almost unheard of. The pav has that delightfully crisp outer shell and sweet, slightly gooey inside. I love the flat top, which makes it super easy to decorate with whatever takes your fancy. We have tried tinned passionfruit pulp, lashings of cream with fresh berries or grated chocolate, cream and sliced banana or tinned fruit of choice - your imagination really is the only limit!I simply cannot find a bad thing to say about this product. Give it a try!

How to make a great morning tea. So I picked this up in my way to work. Included buying a tub of woolies thickened cream and a bag of mixed frozen berries. Popped it on a plate covered the top in cream and piled a tower of frozen berries on top. Left out of the fridge and by the time morning tea time came around the frozen berries had thawed but kept the cream cold. Happy workmates, happy days

Best I’ve tasted. I decorated my pavlova with freshly whipped cream & then scattered raspberries, strawberries & blueberries (all fresh of course) all over the top of the cream. I then drizzled fresh passion fruit pulp & juice all over the top, finishing with small shards of milk chocolate. all the family rated the Pav a 9 &1/2 out of 10. Yummmmm!

Great Pavlova. We buy this product on a regular basis, its good value for money and convenient when needing to put together a quick dessert. it is easy to dress and holds up well. Quite sweet, but understandable for the type of dessert. I just whip the cream with no icing sugar to balance the sweetness of the base. A product i will continue to buy. I always like to check inside the box as a few times the pav base was crushed. Maybe the packaging needs to be strengthened.
