Good sunflower oil. The Sunflower oil is $11. 90 for 2l. It was the last bottle on the shelf when I picked up my sample. It’s a light colour oil, the table makes it look darker. We normally buy different oils for various uses, we buy sunflower or corn oil for frying. I’ve recently bought Australian mustard oil for cooking also. We also buy Australian EVOO for salads and roasting veggies and other cooking. I fried some cauliflower to make Gobi Manchurian with this sunflower oil. Since I had the oil heated, I also fried some papadams. Below is how hubby fits all the papadams into the airtight container to make room for all the papadams. Not ideal, but it worksI also cooked some okra/lady’s fingers in the sunflower oil. I also made a pilaf and dal using this oil. We ... MoreGood sunflower oil. The Sunflower oil is $11. 90 for 2l. We enjoyed this sunflower oil which didn’t have any plasticy smell during and after cooking. It is good for daily cooking. The sunflower oil we normally buy is from Ukraine. This sunflower oil is packed in Australia from imported ingredients. Ingredients is Sunflower oil. The plastic bottle is a good convenient size to hold and use and I will reuse the bottle for whichever oil I use next. It is more expensive compared to the sunflower oil we buy. For all the oils we buy, we know where they’re from. I would consider buying this sunflower oil if we knew where it’s sourced from.

Good quality oil. I was really happy to get this as a product, it came at the right time and it something we use. Thanks bunch!I used it for frying chips, spring oils and battered fish. The oil is just as expected, it has a mild flavors which makes it ideal for frying. I also use it to make garlic sauce. I would recommend this oil and it is a very good price, especially in this economy.

Great quality oil. I have used this oil for frying chips, snitzels and just general cooking (even in muffin recipes) I also use it to make soap. It’s a great quality oil. I also use my frying oil a few times, cleaning it in between uses and the oil was still good. I would definitely recommend it and it’s a good price.

Best oil for my spring rolls. Made spring rolls and fry them over the boiling sunflower oil. The spring rolls were cooked so quickly and crunchy. The best thing is they're not greasy unlike when I cook it with another kind of oil. It's a very nutritious kind of oil. I always use this sunflower oil for frying fish and spring rolls. Thanks Woollies. I'll buy it again for sure.

Surprise try. This was my first time i ever used sunflower oilNot sure why I had never used it before, but I will definitely start using it to substitute the usual canola or vegetable oil I always used. It tastes great, leaves less smell when frying with it, and after doing some reading up on it, learnt that it is high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which help reduce cholesterolHighly recommended

One of the best oils for frying. I typically use sunflower oil in many food dishes. I also find that this oil is very effective for frying because it doesn’t leave a smell in the food. When I use vegetable oil I find that the food smells different. So happy with this purchase. WI’ll definitely recommend to others.

Perfect for cooking. This type is perfect for everyday cooking. Being Chinese, we do a lot of pan fried cooking everyday and this is perfect! I personally do not see any difference from other types of cooking oil. Definitely recommend for good price and quality.

A Great versatile oil. G'day2litre Woolies brand Sunflower oil $11. 90. Good clear bottle can see what your purchasing. Great oil been using for years. Healthier to cook with and has a high smoke content (less smoke when frying) Wifey loves to use it in the sponge cake she says it seems to make it fluffier compared to the other oils( I can testify : ) )Nice mild flavour in a dressing and highly comparable price wise to it's competitors. Highly recommend Thanks a bunch

A good oil for deep frying. I tried this sunflower oil for the first time & was quite impressed with the result. It was a clean tasty oil. I used to to deep fry spring rolls & samosas & the result was great. I would definately recomend this oil to all my friends family to use this product in their kitchens
