It's fine for the price. I brought this home yesterday and popped it in the freezer. Big day on campus today for my boy so I made a chicken, lettuce and mayo sandwich and a homemade corned beef sandwich with hot tomato chutney. The bread was very fresh and I packed the sandwiches in snack size snap lock bags for each half and then placed the container on ice. It was pretty hot today but he said the sandwiches held up well. He even finished off his chicken one tonight when he got home and it still looked fine. The size is smaller and thinner than more expensive bread but I made up for that by having lots of filling in the sandwich. I would probably purchase it again because I like to limit my carbs....

Great bread. Woolworths White Soft Sandwich Bread is a 650g loaf and has a current shelf price of $2. 70My family enjoys this bread as it is something we have purchased before. The slices are smaller in size, while being nice and soft to eat. I do like the smaller size of this loaf, as it's great for lunchboxes etc. Bonus that this bread is a source of fibre and protein and contains vitamins and minerals. This product is made in Australia and contains no artificial colours, flavourings, or preservatives. The bread has a health star rating of 4. The tag can be recycled while the packaging for this product can be returned to store. I would happily recommend this product and purchase again.

Crust Me! For The Price, it’s Tops! At $2. 70 for a 650g Loaf, I was worried that this was going to be yet another budget loaf of bread that was dry before it even got home Surprisingly, it wasn’t! It was remarkably fresh, and kept that way for longer than other varieties we have tried. I was very surprised, and happy with it. In fact I have bought a few more since and they have also been fresh and lasted well. I have yet to freeze any, as they have kept well enough for the entire loaf to be eaten over the days they were kept out without the need for freezingThe slices are a bit smaller, however for the price difference that’s a small cost to pay in my book. We will now be buying this bread and therefore saving quite a bit money in the process as we are very happy ... MoreCrust Me! For The Price, it’s Tops! Soft, fresh and tasty. We picked up this sample this morning and had some for lunch. We have had the woolworths soft white toast as a sample earlier and this was quite similar. We usually make our own bread (since Covid) and when we buy bread we get mostly grain bread. So, we have not had soft white sliced bread like this since the last sample. It is very nice for a change! The only thing is you need to have more slices, since it is not very fillingThe bread was fresh, soft and tasty. We had it with some fresh ham and I also had a slice with peanut butter and banana…. an old time favourite and indulgence. We are looking forward to have an egg, lettuce and mayo sandwich ( or 2) with this tomorrow for lunch……which is “the best” on fresh white bread. This bread is a ... MoreSoft, fresh and tasty. Great value for money. I will admit, I dont normally like the cheaper, no name brands of bread and usually always purchase either fresh bakery bread or tip top the one. I really had no expectations of this bread but I was pleasantly surprised. It was soft, moist, light and fluffy. Although it is a much smaller slice, it was the perfect size for my daughters sandwiches and toast. We generally dont get through one loaf bread in a week, so I usually freeze some slices/half a loaf. This bread defrosted well. The only thing I can say negative about this bread, is the slices left out, dried out/turned stale after only a couple of days. Other than that, this bread is a perfect, cheap alternative to more expensive brands.

Tomorrow I will make my High Tea Tiny Sandwiches with Salmon and Red Onion diced up really small, I usually add some Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper mixing with a fork add Mayonnaise, cut the crusts off and thinly cut some Cucumber. Cut down the middle of the Sandwich so very tasty Thanks So Much @BunchTeam for this Sample of Soft White Sandwich Bread, found in the Bread aisle shelf Price $2. 70 per Loaf which is very affordable. Highly Recommend this Bread would buy it if I needed White Bread, but I tend to buy Wholemeal Bread.

Good quality sandwich bread. A good quality budget loaf if you are a white bread buyer. Easy to locate on the shelf, just had to check that I had the correct weight. The bread is sliced evenly with each slice of a uniform size and thickness. It is a soft textured bread. Crust is not crunchy but not overly chewy. The bread is a great size for children and school sandwiches in particular. The bread remained fresh for a couple of days for sandwiches and then was relegated to toasted sandwiches or toast duties. It would be a great loaf for bulk catering events for sandwiches or for a sausage sizzle.

Why buy more expensive brands. Likes….. it does what the label states “ it’s soft” right till the last slices always buy this now after noticing in shops. Price is great. Noticed the 100% satisfaction rating, but how many people return bread, very few I would think. its good value, made in Australia, 4 stars which surprises me for a white bread. Never noticed going mouldy, guess it’s get eaten before that stage. neutral…. this is just a general comment, I think the plastic bag the bread comes in is bland, uninteresting colour, for a Woolworths brand. Would like to see in brown bread as well. dislikes…hate those tags on any breads, they either, break, fall off, I can’t read UBD, soon as I get home I take off the tag, twist the bag and use a peg to seal it properly. Quality Soft Bread. Been buying this white loaf for years and never disappoints & is always consistent with every slice. It is soft, full of flavour and is great to eat as is and toasted. I find that this is just as good if not better than the name brands and you can't go wrong with the price at $2. 70 which is excellent. I also have used this to make fresh breadcrumbs to use for cutlets and arancini. Made in Australia from at least 94% Australian ingredients which is fantastic. The only thing that has changed for the better is the packaging which stands out and makes it look high quality with the new design. Overall a great white loaf that is delicious with any topping and highly recommend anyone to give it a try. Thanks Bunch for the great sample and will continue ... MoreQuality Soft Bread. Budget friendly option. At $2. 70 this would be a cost saving option for many. Cheaper than in the fresh bread section starting at around $3. 30. The loaf was soft and fluffy with a nice fresh bread smell!Slices were even and consistent with a great thickness for a traditional sandwich, toasted sandwich or sausage sizzle! It had a long expiry so would last the week if needed as well. We don't normally eat bread so this was a treat for us, with the long expiry I was concerned that I would get a rash from the preservatives like I had in the past. Nope not this time which was nice. The bread was used fresh, as toasted sandwich and if course the classic sausage sizzle. Would I buy again? Yes it's a good price and the quality was good. Only gave four stars due to the ... MoreBudget friendly option. At $2. 70 this would be a cost saving option for many. Cheaper than in the fresh bread section starting at around $3. 30.
