One of the three locks i brought got jammed when i was suppose to set the new word password. Now i cant rotate back to lock position or try to set a new password.

Great little combo lock which uses letters instead of numbers. Not really suited to a serious security application like a gate, but are OK for storage lockers, etc. The main shortcoming is the thinness of the padlock loop - it looks like a decent pair of chunky pliers would chop through it.

Impossible to give 0. It did not work, the replacement did not work. My email did not get a reply. Staff showed no interest.
