Bought this to try on my Spyderco with K390 steel. I could never get it sharp, or at least razor sharp. 5 minutes of using this and it shaved like a straight razor. Love the ease of use and the angle adjustment is amazing! Definitely recommend!

I bought this sharpener about a month and a half ago and let me tell you it is impressive! I’ve never sharpened a knife, I’ve never used a system like this, but it made it easy. The instructions that come with it are great, they give you the recommended angles, usage, etc. I got the elite kit as it came with a leather attachment, and it works well. At this point I probably have about 15 knives I’ve completely put a new edge on and the system is reliable. Anyone looking for a knife sharpener that kicks butt, this is it. You can have a dull knife sharp in less than 10 minutes.

The work sharp precision adjust elite knife sharpner is as advertised. It's the most simple and quickest way to sharpen most knifes. Small skinny blade knifes won't work with this system as there isn't enough surface area for the clamp to hold the knife firmly. Other than that, this system is the best for those of us that have trouble sharping knifes with a wet stone. An outstanding product!
Gets any knife I own sharper than I have ever been able to with other sharpening methods. Easy to use and understand, but can take a little bit of time to get a razor sharp edge. Highly recommended if you want your knives SHARP!
Second time using it I sharpened my old camping knife to the point where it cuts hair off my arms.You can see the arm flex a bit which could result in a wrong angle, but it could be user error. I’ll try using the weight of the stone rather than light pressure and see how that works.
Just received this yesterday and I have already sharpened several of my knives. It's not quick but it is very satisfying to put on a super sharp edge using the step-by-step process. I love the ease at which you can change the angle and how it maintains that angle.
Being a Tool & Die Maker I find this sharpener very impressive. It will enable anyone with minimal skills to produce a very sharp edge on their cutlery with little to no effort. The design is very well thought through and the instructions are more than sufficient. The price is below what I would have expected for a tool of this nature.
I am relatively inexperienced in sharpening, but have used a few different, less expensive sharpeners over the years. This one is much better and more user friendly. So far it is working well for me. Time will tell how it wears - I do have concerns about the 3-sided rotatable stones since they are housed in plastic. Not sure how long the de-tents will positively hold the stones in place after many repetitions.
Purchased 2 mos ago and now have gone through all kitchen knives, pocket and fishing knives. Very satisfied. First time wasn't as sharp as I thought they should be, went back and reviewed video which helped. It takes a little knack at first to figure out. Knives now are 'purchase' sharp and stay sharp. Chose this over the Ken Onion belt model because I believe it gives me better control and more options. Glad I purchased this model. It takes a little longer to sharpen each blade, but for me, it is worth it. It is easier for 'touch ups'. Would recommend .
