You get what you pay for. In this case, you get way more than you pay for.2 pairs from WM. This pair from TSC, $28. Those, $20 & $14.Son wears thru jeans in well less than a year. Told him to rotate. See you in Jan 2025.I've always loved Wrangler Rugged Wear since the mid 1990s.My bet is this pair lasts him the longest. WE WILL SEE. Again, see you in Jan 25.It would be nice to not have to order these, these are difficult to find in store at the correct size. This is a serious VALUE pair of jeans at $28. My money is on these to outlast the others.

OK, I have LOVED Wranger jeans for many years but over the past 2 years everything I order has been cut down so much that you cannot wear them, not to mention the thinner and matterial!! Last year I purchased 2 sets of jeans at different times with the exact same size and product the new jeans were "short" by 2 inches of material in all directions and I could not even get the jeans on! I recently purchased these jeans, a different style of Wranger jeans, and this time the legs fit but a little snug and the rise is 3 inches shorter than other Wranger jeans when measured with other Wranger jeans and these are to be "high rise jeans" HA! DO NOT BUY THESE OR ANY OTHER JEANS FROM WRANGER! Maybe when everyone stops buying the jeans Wranger will wake up and realize you ... I've bought them many times and will continue to do so, they're excellent jeans. But just be aware that black jeans run smaller than blue jeans. I know, makes no sense, right? But TWICE (more than two years apart) I ordered blue and black -- same exact size (40x36), same cut, same everything, just a different color. When they arrived, the black jeans waist was two inches physically smaller than the blue jeans (compared side by side). First time I did nothing, second time I returned and re-ordered 42x36 black jeans. Upon delivery I compared them with the (actually still unworn / unwashed) blue jeans and despite the different labeled size, the waists on both were the same physical size.Makes no sense but apparently a thing. Maybe the black ones are made in a ... MoreI've bought them many times and will continue to do so, they're excellent jeans. But just be aware that black jeans run smaller than blue jeans. I have been searching all over and even bought several pair of different mfg jeans. I have several pair of Wranglers that I have "outgrown" and need to replace. Seems that all the jean manufacturers are making them with the thin or thinner 13.5 oz. denim that is horrible. If I wanted thin denim I would buy pajama bottoms. These jeans have the thicker, more durable denim that most jeans "used" to have. I'm glad I finally found a decent pair of jeans with thicker denim at a reasonable price. Fit is right on too.
Wrangler Jeans are great! They are durable, they fit well. And they are affordable. I have been wearing them for years. The only thing is....I don't like having to buy them online. Tractor Supply carries a wide range of sizes, but for some unknown reason you don't carry the 44 x 32. Why is that? I do you force me to buy online? You have larger sizes and smaller sizes, but not my size. I don't like buying things online, so if any local store starts carrying them in store I will buy from them and not order online through Tractor Supply.
REAL jeans for Real Work ! The only reason to buy more is b/c went up in a size (my son)and that another family member wanted some of them also. Wash nicely. Old school jeans that prove some things don't need be changed into stretchy .Get quality that hold up for real work outside. As my son has said " you know I don't need b it to split in places that you then have to throw them out, just get the real jeans, you know, why waste money ? Can't do anything with them when you're out in the field in the middle of something and they rip out.
I like the relaxed fit and how comfortable they are. Gone are the days when I needed my blue jeans to fit real tight. I am a woodworker and I need to climb, bend, squat. These pants allow me to do that comfortably. My only suggestion would be to offer odd number lengths. So I wear a 33" length. I buy 34" pants and the bottoms eventually fray. But I am fine with that. For the first time I ordered the 34" 5 Star cargo Wrangler pant (non blue jean) and they were just too long. So I returned them for a 32" and they are uncomfortably short.
I ordered the "COLOR Vintage Indigo (35001VI)" which is 14.75 oz. fabric. However, the pair I received seems more like the lighter weight stonewashed jeans. The label sewn into the jeans says "35001 VI" and they fit great. The stonewashed lighter fabric jeans are the same price. My order was a reorder of the jeans I had purchased in the past. Those older jeans are a much heaver fabric. I wanted the heaver fabric because winter is approaching. The website currently shows the jeans I ordered as "COLOR Vintage Indigo (35001VI)FABRIC 100% Heavyweight Cotton Denim, 14.75 Oz."If these jeans are 14.75 oz fabric, then the previous pair must have been 16 oz. fabric!!!Aso, those jeans are much darker than the new ones, even after many washings.Quality Control seems to ... The blue jeans I purchased from DXL online for my son didn't fit. So, my son went to the DXL store where the salesperson assisted in fitting him with the correct size. But, since they didn't have that exact style in his size available in the store, the salesperson just went ahead and ordered it to be sent directly to his home! Cannot ask for better customer service than that. Thank you DXL and your wonderful employees!
I received my purchase order today. I was impressed with the overall quality and fit. I have normally been disappointed with the fact that the length and width weren't available in Wrangler for many styles. However, I immediately found that this wasn't the case with these Wrangler Rugged Wear. I purchased 2 pair and can now get on down the road with my day with confidence. Thanks Academy for showing up so I can show out again!
