Having initially been hesitant about ordering because of no reply to my inquiry on the contact form and there being no telephone number listed I took the chance and ordered a set of Wusthof knives and I'm very glad I did. Received the genuine article, faster delivery than advertised and I'm very pleased with them. Saved £120 compared to the price advertised elsewhere. Will be ordering from Koch & Kõchin again in the future. Brilliant price, delivery and products. The only negative is the lack of contact options available.

These knives are very well made and extremely sharp. They look good and feel good in my hand. This is the first real quality knives I've owned. Back about 45 years ago I owned Chicago Cutlery when it was still made in the USA, but this is miles above that set. My cons are the price and the scissors that come with the set are made in China. Here I am paying out a small fortune for great German knives and they send me a pair of cheap Chinese scissors. Disappointed in that but love the rest of the set.

Thrilled with these moves. Replaced other knives. These actually can be sharpened by me. Cutting edge!
knives had rust in them when I unpacked them. Contacted mfgr and they advised me normal and to clean them, but not acceptable
Great quality, love these knives. I wish the slots in the block were spaced slightly further apart but not a big issue.
The wood block set is not solid Acacia wood with only a veneer top of another light colored wood. It's not as pretty as expected, but it does hold knives well and keeps them organized.
This was wedding gift for grandson in the UK. C&B shipped free to their parents in Denver area. Very smooth transaction at the Overland Park store, people were all very helpful. Getting the gift can be a hassle, then worry about shipping to a third party just adds to the worry. However, follow up and tracking was all good. This my go to store from now on!
This is our second set of Wüsthof Classic knifes, the first is a 19pc set with steak knifes, and we love them. We got the first one in 2012 after remodeling the kitchen and are using the knifes almost daily. Yes, the prices have gone up steeply but what hasn’t. If you take care of the knifes, hand washing and sharpening them regularly, they’ll last for a very long time. We bought this smaller 9pc set for our place in Florida and can’t wait to use it there. Highly recommend Wüsthof Classic .
I bought these knifes a couple weeks ago and they are spectacular. I am a Sous-chef at a restaurant and they are by far my favorite knifes to use. The customer service at the Crate and Barrel in the Short Pump mall in Richmond, VA was amazing! I would definitely recommend!
