Bought this and brought it home. Initially worked fine, then after setup and update it refuses to recognize any resolution above 640. I have 4k LG OLED TV and this is completely unacceptable. PS5 works fine no issues. Searched the internet for the fix of this issue and it could be 1 of an infinite number of problems. I could not get this resolved after hours of searching and trying different settings. Unacceptable that one of the most advanced consoles in 2022 cannot handle negotiating the resolution with a TV without sacrificing a goat on an alter.

Had to repeat this multiple times over the next few months. Found a resolution for 3 months, now no one is responding to my my emails at all. Just buy it outright and pay through Xbox. Verizon has made this a terrible buying experience

Great deal- it let me gift my son for Christmas the latest and greatest system for Christmas. Didn’t have to give up a chunk of money to get the system home. Didn’t have to fight the public for inflated prices. Bonus is the 2 years of game pass, if you look at what game pass cost a month or every three months then you know it’s a deal. A year into the deal and it’s still going strong for my son. He hasn’t had to worry about gamepass yet. He has one year left of gamepass. Yes it’s a great deal. Well worth the payment plan. Worked out for me.
I do not like the Xbox. I was told that it would be compatible with all my old Xbox games ( I have games from the original Xbox) and it was not. It would not play the old games.I was told there was a game pass but not that you have to have the game pass in order to play the games you own online with other people.PC games are the exact same game and do not require this constant $20 a month subscription service just to play games I own.I was not able to return the Xbox because the store employees told me I had 60 days to return things instead of the old 30 days policy.This was not true for electronics.So I am very unhappy with this product and wish I could return it.

I’ve lived in this house for 5 years now and never seen a cockroach till this package came into my living room . Fortunately I was able to catch this cockroach….hopefully it’s only one. Xbox series x with ultimate game pass. Game pass not delivered. Supposed to be preloaded on Xbox. After troubleshooting with Verizon and Xbox it was determined it was not pre loaded. Now I've waited and am still waiting to hear back from Verizon with a 25digit pin for the ultimate game pass. Get it together Verizon. Or just don't try selling anything but phones if you can't handle the extra business. Someone with the authority needs to purchase two years of game pass ultimate and call me and give me the dang code to activate it. Been three months since my order I would appreciate getting what I paid for.
Games have to all be downloaded, some taking absolutely forever. Taking up majority of the 1TB memory with only a few games that haven’t even been played, so no game play saved in that space yet. Might as well of got the series S and got all games digital at this rate. Not what I paid 500$ for just to have to spend hundreds more to get more memory.Also since when is something advertised as a dvd bluray player so difficult to even find the dvd source to select to play the movie.
We have the exact same xbox that we purchased new. We wanted a second one, so decided to get this one with the extended warranty. We checked all network settings and even compared it to a slower, older xbox that ran faster than this one. There is something wrong with the wifi hardware. R bought it 3 days ago. It's going back today.
i received the xbox, it immediately was not working, and then i had to ship it to microsoft the very next day. only had it in my possession for about 16 hours and didn’t get to download or play anything because it wouldn’t stay turned on. just ridiculous. wasn’t “restored” at all like advertised. it was faulty immediately, and it’s clear y’all just received it and shipped it right off without restoring a single thing. the only reason i haven’t demanded a full refund is because it has a warranty and microsoft is fixing it. but this is still ridiculous and unacceptable.
