First time owning a projector, love it so far, I set the brightness at lowest due to SO is sleeping. Everything looks better than my 5 years old 60” 4k Lgtv. The projector seated 3m away from wall. Will play around the setting when the projector screen arrives! Hope it lasts!

Can be used in bright conditions. Sound is great

Bought this product from Richer Sounds Manchester staff there couldn't have been more helpful getting the projector to me as quickly as possible. Happy with the xgimi horizon can use in bright conditions. Sound is really good.

Compact and fuss-free

An excellent projector for use in smaller rooms. The auto keystone and focus makes for an instant setup. The sound is excellent and the Bluetooth allows for a remote soundbar without the need for wires. It's bright - rated by the manufacturer at 2200 ANSI lumens but I've no way of measuring that. The colour and contrast are both easily as good as my Optima and the custom settings have plenty of adjustment for tweaking.2 hdmi ports, one of which is ARC, make connection of things such as a media stick simple. Contrary to many reviews you can get Netflix on this projector. I like the Android interface and that's also customisable.At a distance of 8 feet it's giving me a picture of about 90 inches. Certainly, in this situation, the location makes the low fan noise a critical issue. I've dropped one star in this review because of the unnecessarily complicated menu - but it's certainly not a deal breaker. All in all this is an obvious choice for a reasonably priced and versatile portable projector and Richer Sounds 6 year warranty seals the deal.

Excellent

Excellent projector. It rivals the brightness of a television, actually much better. The unit is well made and sturdy. The control is very intuitive. It has voice recognition for web searches. This unit can cast from your mobile units including an iPad. There are a fair amount of apps such as Peacock TV, Netflix, Tubi, YouTube, and many more. My only major disappointment is that I use Zoom quite a bit and this unit does not allow me to download the app. My older version Xgimi did. Hopefully, this is something they can rectify soon. Nonetheless, it’s worth the cost and you will be happy with the unit.

For my household, we really don't have a place for the projector in the centre of the display area (tabletop nor ceiling mount). Thus we needed a projector that has auto keystone correction technology. Just what we wanted

Bought to turn our window blinds into a TV screen and it has worked a treat. Sharp picture, auto-keystone allows the projector to not be positioned dead centre. Android tv works great, bypassed the Netflix issue by attaching a chromecast, slightly annoying but not hard. Sound is great. Brightness is good, although it’s my only experience so hard to compare. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought the xgimi horizon a few weeks back from richers sounds leeds, being un educated with this type of technology i seeked advice from the staff at richers sounds who who helped massively and in detail, they advised me on the spec of various brands and models . Once wed figured my uses for a projector alongside product capability i decided to take there advice and go with xgimi horizon.Very impressed, easy to set up and great hd picture even with light in the room, very bright and easy to use with loads of apps and games. Currently running it at 120 inch screen and still full hd.Well done richer sounds great advice

One of the best projector!

Xgimi Horizon is great! Overall it is a quality projector that is well worth the cost. The specs promise a lot and I had very high expectations for what it would be capable of doing. The picture quality doesn't disappoint even beyond 150". Brightness is super bright but the daylight viewing isn't as great as depicted. However, bright daylight view is not any easy task for any projector, and Horizon is high above any other I have used. Xgimi is focusing on the right features and prioritize quality.

I already had one XGIMI vertical projector and loved it. Now I am buying this second one for my son to use at day time fit his in line classes. Even with the curtain open and some sun light shining into the room, the brightness of the projector is still very good. This is exactly the reason we buy this horizontal one with higher brightness. I really think if my son can do online classes in a room with some sun shine, it will be very good for his eyes and fit his overall health. It’s proven out that it is the case. My son loves it and my whole family love it.At night. Our whole family watch movies from the projector. It can directly login into our NetFlex and Disney Plus account without a computer. Terrible projector

Not sure why this projector is receiving 5 star reviews. Maybe mine was defective, but the picture couldn't be leveled even after gyro and keystone calibration. The only way I could get a proper screen was by using four corner correction, which reduced overall image quality. I compared this xgimi horizon against my 7 year old Epson projector and it was no competition, my Epson blew it out of the water with black levels, contrast, and brightness. Unfortunately I can't recommend this projector and I've had to return it for a refund.
