Seller said to kindly withdraw the request. Raised cancellation request but was rejected the next day and item showed it was shipped! A grey redmi note 11 pro 5G was delivered. Well...i could still do with a grey phone but that's nt very nice of u seller.[Have to split the messages due to the word limit in message box]

Performance:Good cam for the price. The battery seems to get drained fast. Have to determine the cause.Best Feature:Screen size for me.The phone is OK. It's what I expected to receive. However, the order I placed during the preselling period should have the free buds. I was given a voucher though but I'll have to shell out for the df when it should've been free if the unit came along with it.

Trusted too. But no stock for blue, so I get black instead, thankfully seller ask first bfr changing it. Shipping n delivery was very fast. Hv used this phone for a week now. Everything's great. Great camera quality. Video hv OIS so no shaky vids. Pics are vibrant. Just wish phone had extendable storage so I can put sd card for external storage. However, 256gb is good too. POOR SERVICE for NOTE 12 5G

I have already provided my Phone Redmi Note 125G on Dated-30.06.2023 to Garia Service Centre - Infotel (4493/136, Fartabad, Garia, Station Road, Kolkata-700084,WEST BENGAL,700084) with Network Problem Issue. Now I am very unfortunate to write that till date I have not received my phone after repairing due hardware parts not received. This is very alarming for a Redmi user like me who has used 5 Nos redmi phones in the last 7 years. I will definitely think about buying a redmi phone in future, if a One month old phone breaks down.
